We had Tony, our comfort advisor from Gandy Installations, visit our home on August 30 to assess our needs. After the initial visit, I had to follow up on September 3 for a quote, and he explained they were having software issues, which I understood. He promised we would receive the quote by September 4 at the latest. It's now September 6, and I've received no quote or any follow-up from him. I'm extremely disappointed with this lack of communication and unprofessional service. I expected much better from a company with Gandy's reputation.
