We had Sun Coast replace all the windows on our 2nd floor last year. They were quick and efficient and the windows look impeccible. There were a couple of issues that we noticed afterwards with the screens that were fixed after a couple of follow up phone calls.

Because of the good experience we used them again this year to replace our front and back entry doors. The sales guy was very patient when I took forever looking at his catalogues and deciding what we wanted! There was a very long delay for the doors to come - I'm not sure why, but the receptionist was apologetic whenever we called to check up on them. We were starting to worry that we would never hear from them again, but we did! The doors were installed and there were a few details I wasn't 100% satisfied with, but were liveable (the way the trim was done and the finishing details). However, when the inspector came he had the guys re-do not only those things but even more that I didn't notice.

In the end the windows look great, and I am very happy with the doors and all the trim and finishing details.

It would have been nice in each scenario if the end product was perfect from the beginning, but they do make everything right before closing off a job.

From the initial visit to my home for estimates, to the final inspection of completed work, Suncoast owners and workers treated me with respect and completed work in a professional manner. The quality of the work was great. I saw no problem, but the owner of the company saw something he didn't like during his inspection and it was corrected immediately. After sales care has been exceptional. Minor problems have been treated in a professional manner and taken care of immediately.Office staff are supportive and pleasant and go above and beyond to make sure your calls are responded to.

Our neighbours had their windows replaced & we really liked the way they looked. Sun Coast quoted us at a very reasonable price. From start to finish, they were absolutely professional, on time and we are extremely pleased with the work. Definitely will recommend to our friends and family!

We were extremely impressed with the quality and service. The salesman was very knowledgeable and explained the choice to use. All the work was done on time and our property was cleaned up very well. The windows were chose are very easy to get in and out for cleaning.

Good sales rep. He offered good suggestions and had a portfolio of pictures that helped us with our decision on what to get. They offered competitive prices. Top notch job on the installation -great aluminium work. Job was completed on time.

They come across as being very professional but beware, the caulking was done very poorly and when asked to come back we had issues. We waited a very long time, they did finally come back but they were rude. When the job was finally complete the windows looked amazing but I didn't appreciate the customer service.

We are so happy with the professionalism of all the people from 'Sun Coast' that we've reccommended them to friends, some of whom have already ordered windows and doors from them. They were well priced, courteous and clean. Rick called us 2 weeks after the installation to make sure we were happy. We will only use 'Sun Coast' for replacement windows or doors. We received several quotes from other well known companies, including a huge one that was set up at the mall, but the pressure to sign up for things that we didn't need for a large cost put us off. It's good that we were as we couldn't be more pleased with the results. Neighbours comment almost every day!

We recently had our old front door replaced by Sun Coast and the experience was excellent. After about half of a dozen quotes, we dealt with Rick as our Sales Rep. A difference that we found with Rick, besides being friendly and professional was that he had all the sample to show us so we could see what we were choosing. This wasn’t the same for the other Sales Reps from the other companies. Rick even followed up after the installation to ensure that we were satisfied.

Richard and Mark did the installation - again very professional, friendly and courteous. We were impressed with that they came in, did the job and cleaned up afterwards. They noticed a couple of nicks on the paint on the door and showed us right away. They didn’t try to hide it. One of our neighbours had a front door replaced by another company. The job was the same as ours – brick to brick replacement. The other company took 12 hours and Sun Coast was done in about 4 hours – all insulated, leveled, caulked, cleaned, etc. Looks beautiful!

There were a couple of things that we had to call for service – the foam insulation we guess still wasn’t dry so it popped out of the caulking and the front door bell stopped working. We called Sun Coast and left a message. As this was Saturday night, we left a message on their voice mail. Isaac (the owner) called us back first thing Monday morning, as did Richard, the installer. They scheduled an appointment with us and they showed up promptly, did the repairs and as with the installation, made sure everything worked properly again.

As for the little scratches, they tried to touch them up with touch up paint that came with the Trutech door but we were not fully satisfied. So, in speaking to Isaac he gave us the option of sending the door back for another one or adding a kick plate. We choose the kick plate option and are looking forward to having it installed by them.

Based on our experience with Sun Coast Window and Door, we would 100% definitely deal with the again!! :) Joe C in Scarborough, ON.
