Great experience, I bought unfinished oak, and laminate at different times,

the oak was delivered, they carried it in to the main floor, unused boxes were returned by me for a full refund, even though the invoice say 'restocking fee' I was not charged for full boxes
I have bought flooring in many places including the big box stores, I like this place on Evans ave in Etobicoke the best

My project was a unique one; we were looking for rustic, barn wood type of laminate flooring that we could affix to the wall of our Master Bedroom. We had a couple of employees make excellent suggestions based on our project, and I am so thrilled with the result! The laminate quality is amazing, and it's so simple to install with the click system. It was also a really great price; we essentially did an entire 17' x 8' wall for under the price of a nice headboard. Thanks so much to Myron and another gentleman who helped us decide on the Villa laminate. Our project turned out phenomenally!

We had a great experience overall - from our first visits researching to returning our extra product after the project was done. We felt we really received honest advice and information about the different flooring types and options that were available. We did a good deal of research into prices from other retailers and I really believe we got an amazing price for a high quality product. They offer a complete range that in our opinion was superior in both options and price to the big box chains and lumber liquidators. We are so happy with the finished product - ('elite grey' laminate) and it looks great in our new condo! Would not hesitate to recommend AA Floors and More for your flooring product. We also looked into having it professionally installed. We ended up doing it ourselves but would have been happy to go with them over the other retailers and contractors that we researched.

After searching for quite some time, I came across AA Flooring and my wife visited there location downtown to find Hardwood floors. She had nothing but good things to say about the help and service she received in picking out our new Hickory flooring.

We ordered the floor and it was delivered to our house within days, I was very impressed with the quality of the flooring and how easily it actually went down.

I was looking for solid maple flooring and AA was recommended by my installer. I purchased a sale item they had but when it came time to install it, the installer complained about the milling on the wood, it was uneven making it problematic to install and he stopped work, telling me he didn't want to install it and I wouldn't be happy if he continued. We called AA and told them of the problem. I went out to see them and Ross, the owner talked to me and checked inventory. He had me bring the original wood back, all the unopened boxes and he supplied me with replacement wood of a superior grade from an end lot he had in the warehouse. The new wood was fabulous and the floorlayer was very pleased. The floor looks great and dealing with Ross was a pleasure. I was really pleased and impressed by how he stepped up and made good on the purchase. It was a pleasure dealing with him and I really felt he went way beyond what he had to do in this instance. I checked out a lot of places before buying, but I would only go to AA in the future.
