The representative (Myron) was very knowledgeable on all products as well as extremely patient in dealing with us. I have visited many flooring stores looking for the perfect floor for my home. I eventually ended up deciding on the 12 Oaks Tavern Keeper which is 7 1/2" plank with an oil finish. Rus and Alex were excellent to work with and Alex even let me take home the showroom product before purchase. Rus gave me the best price. I would highly recommend AA to anyone needing flooring, at least get an estimate there, you might be surprised. I do not have any experience with their installers, as I only sourced my floor, which is still under wraps, but here is a peek.

Very good quality product at an affordable price range, very competitive compared to all others I checked in the area.
I used this product (solid white oak, 3/4" thick, 4" wide) for both interior and exterior application.

We purchased our hardwood from AA and are content with the service from start to finish. Peter L and Team were quick to help when we realized we were short on our order; we had 2 boxes ready for pick up the next day. The only dilemma we need to solve for is the change in colour (tone) from the original order and 2 boxes we received.
