White Shark Window Cleaning

We have been using White Shark for Windows and Eaves cleaning for the past 5 years and this year used White Shark for Exterior Painting. I make a point to do my research so that I find a contractor I can trust and who will take care in the work they do. White Shark has always been reliable and pays attention to details. There are many points I can highlight, but above all, Roger, his job site staff and the White Shark office are extremely professional about all of the projects we have hired them for and, in particular, give fair quotes and do not make our projects out to be more than they are. For example, I obtained 8 quotes for exterior painting ranging from 1x to 8x the cost for the identical job and I went with White Shark. Joel, the painter, was exceptional, very neat and completed the job on his own faster and with more care than the other contractors I spoke to said they could do it (one contractor quoted 3 people, 10 days, and 4x more gallons of paint ($$$)). So please consider my sincere recommendation of White Shark for Windows, Eaves and Painting! You won't go wrong!

I was very happy with both the painting and window cleaning. High quality work, the company was responsive when I contacted them. The painters went above and beyond by painting a pigeon infested area for me. My house was sparkling when they were done.

Great service! My house shone after they were there. Eaves were clean and they put anything that came out of the eaves into a recycleable yard waste bag! The bill was in the mailbox, so easy service and easy payment methods.

We have had White Shark clean our windows several times over the years with satisfactory results. Ovee the last year a nww house was being constructed creating a tremendous out of dust and grime. When the building was complete we arranged with White Shark to paint all ouside trim, clean all windows inside and out , and also to clean the eaves. The painting was sone about a month ago. The workers were prompt, peasant and efficient and the job was done well and on schedule. This week we had another crew come to do the windows. The job was excellent. Yesterday, another 2 came to so the eaves. They were thorough and quick. I would recommend this company for any or all of these services.

White Shark cleaned my windows and eaves troughs. They were punctual and efficient. I suggest that it's not a bad idea to be home when they come in order to make sure that they don't miss anything. I asked them to clean out a flat-roof (which I'm pretty sure that they didn't consider when doing the quote), but the guys did it happily and without complaining.

I would definitely recommend White Shark, and if you like to book and pay online, then their website is really convenient - you can even order a lawn sign pickup from their website.

Bill, Tony and Joel painted upstairs and stairwell to basement. They did a most fabulous job. They, their manager, Roger and secretary are most approachable. They were on time. They successfully dealt with many challenges posed by house structure because previous owner was a "do-it-yourselfer". They are all most pleasant and professional people. They went way beyond their call of duty by fixing structures which were required for painting. They are most meticulous in customer satisfaction. I would certainly use them again. So... I contacted White Shark to do the following:

Clean out our eavestroughs, clean out windows-- inside, outside and screens. I got a quote for all of the above.

However when I returned home, my windows were still dirty (see picture). Upon emailing White Shark (derek@whiteshark.ca), I got no answer. After a month, I emailed back to understand why they did not clean my windows as requested (and quoted on). I got a phone call from Nadia (nadia@whiteshark.ca). She agreed that they did not do the inside of the windows. But that was not was requested. I sent the email with the original request and quote which indicates inside of window. "Oh, well, we missed that. But you didn't pay for it any way."

Umm... but my windows are still very dirty. There are spiderwebs inside my windows. That's really the main reason I wanted them cleaned thoroughly. I still can't see clearly through my windows. Isn't that the point of getting them cleaned?

"Well, we get all sorts of different requests. We can come back and clean them. For another $100."

????

No discount, no apology. Just-- we didn't do it and that's that.

They have no problem sending me constant emails reminding me to pay my $300 invoice.

I will probably do the right thing and pay up although I feel really ripped off-- my windows are not clean!! I also find it odd that at no point while they were removing the screens to clean them, they didn't think-- hey-- shouldn't we at least ask if they want the inside of the windows cleaned??? Would have been a upsell opportunity at the very least.

Very disappointed and will never recommend White Shark. Absolute crap service.

Received a quote for $200. Final bill was over $400. The guyS who cleaned the windows did an excellent job. They were prompt and finished the job in a timely manner.

I was very satisfied by the leaf removal and window cleaning however their painting service was terrible I was told specifically that I would have someone show up between 9 and 11 in order to get a quote and took the day off work to be home I got a call around 930 to say that someone would be by around 11:30 after several attempts to contact no one showed up at all, I am now out a day's pay and the company is out a loyal customer.
