2nd response again the doors arrived with bubbles on the paint how much clearer do I need to make myself you can talk about all the construction you want this mess damaged are not made by construction workers on my property AGAIN BUBBLES DUE TO YOUR PAINT DEFECT ONLY DOORS AND FRAMES and again touch up paint not enough doors and frames look at pictures need to be redone stop insulting my intelligence and about calling you guys never ever are available and if you need clarity on this ask Mario oops not there ask Carol oops again not there ask Claudio who has been dealing with this from the start and knows that this was not done by construction workers because he came out to look at it when it was being installed you want to play games check your facts.

My Response to Unitech Windows is please do not insult my intelligence the bubbles that were formed on the paint were not from my workers or anyone on site they were there when they were installed and I was told by your reps that it was a paint defect and it would be rectified as time went on unanswered requests to come see the paint CHIPPING NOT DAMAGED BY HUMAN HANDS still to no avail. Also by commenting the way this company has replied it shows their lack of knowledge regarding paint bubbles and paint defect, if they like I can show them a dictionary on what causes bubbling in paint.

This company is unbelievable I have since 2014 my doors been installed complained. It started with bubbling paint to now the paint has chipping off I was told the first time that it was a paint manufacturer defect and they would correct but nothing then I was given the run around I'll come and see it we are busy etc. I've email and more emails nothing the person who I ordered these from was gone the next person not there anymore and finally the women I spoke to and sent emails to finally answers me to say out of warrant BULL I have been asking them for years to fix my doors I have involved a lawyer who they have not answered STILL WAITING this company will now be reported to the better business bureau I encourage everyone to do so.

Heavy on the 'Salesmanship' and very, very, very late on service and delivery. 8 months and still not finished just one door. I have to call them every 2 weeks, but receive no concrete answers as to when they can finish the door and casing:( Plus they got the casing all wrong!! Stay away from this company!! They sell you and then disappear!

We have purchased the door from Unitech, we are very happy with the quality and the service. Even with the difficulty posed by the pandemic the company delivered. We would definitely recommend them to other.

Working with Unitech has been an exceptional experience. Domenic in the office was very knowledgeable and extremely pleasant to deal with during the whole ordering and design process. When it came to the installation day, the installers were fantastic. Igor and his team were beyond professional and extremely efficient. Igor went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. He explained the installation process thoroughly and answered every question I had. A big thank you to Igor and his team and as well as Domenic.

The qoutation process was speedy, and the door arrived on time according to timelines without any delays. The excellent quality, craftsmanship, ​and hardware were worth paying the premium price for a custom door. Highly recommend this company for those who want a modern door!

I would definitely recommend Unitech. From start to finish we were completely satisfied with the service and installation. John was very knowledgeable and was always available to answer our questions. We had our front door replaced with a custom door, and the installers were very professional and courteous.

My husband and I re-did our windows for our entire house. We had some challenges because we had shutters that we really wanted to keep and did not fit the framing on the new windows. We also had this beautiful design installed at the front of our high window over the door and the framing was too close to our crown molding and was almost impossible to work with. Richard went above and beyond to make sure everything look so beautiful. We were both very particular on what we wanted and Richard took the time and patience to make sure the job was done accurately and promptly. His Team of workers were very professional and a pleasure to work with.

Uni-tech was a pleasure doing business with. Showed me variety of products to choose from. Great selection. Installers were fantastic!!! Very clean, meticulous to detail and did not rush the job!! Highly recommended

We ordered and had installed a new front door, single but wider than usual, with custom sized sidelights. Claudio was fabulous, gave us advice, which we followed, and the price was much less than Home Depot or Lowe's, who really couldn't supply what we wanted anyway. Installation team were amazing, door looks spectacular. Thanks to Unitech!
