2nd response again the doors arrived with bubbles on the paint how much clearer do I need to make myself you can talk about all the construction you want this mess damaged are not made by construction workers on my property AGAIN BUBBLES DUE TO YOUR PAINT DEFECT ONLY DOORS AND FRAMES and again touch up paint not enough doors and frames look at pictures need to be redone stop insulting my intelligence and about calling you guys never ever are available and if you need clarity on this ask Mario oops not there ask Carol oops again not there ask Claudio who has been dealing with this from the start and knows that this was not done by construction workers because he came out to look at it when it was being installed you want to play games check your facts.
My Response to Unitech Windows is please do not insult my intelligence the bubbles that were formed on the paint were not from my workers or anyone on site they were there when they were installed and I was told by your reps that it was a paint defect and it would be rectified as time went on unanswered requests to come see the paint CHIPPING NOT DAMAGED BY HUMAN HANDS still to no avail. Also by commenting the way this company has replied it shows their lack of knowledge regarding paint bubbles and paint defect, if they like I can show them a dictionary on what causes bubbling in paint.
This company is unbelievable I have since 2014 my doors been installed complained. It started with bubbling paint to now the paint has chipping off I was told the first time that it was a paint manufacturer defect and they would correct but nothing then I was given the run around I'll come and see it we are busy etc. I've email and more emails nothing the person who I ordered these from was gone the next person not there anymore and finally the women I spoke to and sent emails to finally answers me to say out of warrant BULL I have been asking them for years to fix my doors I have involved a lawyer who they have not answered STILL WAITING this company will now be reported to the better business bureau I encourage everyone to do so.

Rose, we supplied all the windows/doors for your brand new home which was under construction in 2013/2014. During the course of construction the doors have been damaged, abused and scratched by others on site, we cannot be accountable for this. We are always willing to help and assist and have never neglected any of our customers, and take all of our reviews very seriously. If you require some additional touch-up paint, we can provide it to you at No-Charge. Please call us when you can to arrange your pick-up.

Again Rose, we supplied you all the windows/doors for your New home which was under Construction back in 2013/2014, not sure what exactly has happened to your doors over the years, and what has been applied to them. The paints we use are the specially formulated for windows and doors, you have not mentioned about the windows only the doors, which draws to to make my own conclusion here. Regardless of what you think, we are more than willing to help you with your issues, as mentioned I will supply you with touch-up paint at No-Charge to you.
