Torwin did a great job replacing my garage door and entry door with high quality new doors. They worked around our schedule, showed up promptly on time. They did a very nice job on the trim around the door and left no mess behind. I have used Torwin in the past, they replaced all my windows on my old home and also did a high quality job. I would recommend Torwin to everyone, great workmanship and very dependable.

We recently replaced a bay window in our home and Tony Yu was our salesperson. The installation was completed by Tom and everything he did is wonderful. We are very satisfied and would recommend Torwin to family and friends in the future.

Our house is more than 100 years old, and many of the windows hadn't been replaced in a really long time. We had Jody and the Torwin come in for a consultation and complete update of all our windows. As we are first time home owners we had no idea what we were doing, Jody guided us through the entire process and was available on the phone any time I had concerns.

They were always on time and completed the entire house in one day. With a follow up call to make sure we were happy the very next day.

The quality of work was high, especially considering how old and unpredictable our home is.

Having problem with their windows and doors installation. During this winter, finding problems on leaking of energy and air for most of the windows.

Also, when their technicians came to my home for the leaking inspection around November, 2016 and found out that my main entrance door having alignment problem causing my new electronic door lock jamming most of the time, and technician reported to their office at the spot. Have been trying to contact Torwin since then, but up till now, no feed back or answer on the rectification at all.

I had Torwin do some work for me two years ago when I had two six-foot sliding patio doors replaced at my house in North York. Since that time, some of the windows began leaking and/or falling apart, so I decided to give Torwin a call since I was pleased with their earlier work on the patio doors.

Once again Tony in sales was good to work with. He invited me to take a look at the product at the showroom. He was happy to answer all my questions about the windows and made changes to my price quote quickly whenever I changed my mind on some aspect of the windows. He did a walk-through with me after the job was done to make sure everything was done right.

Torwin was able to accomodate my request to have the windows installed before I went on vacation in mid-December. The crew worked quickly yet carefully and didn't make more of a mess (inside and outside) than necessary. It was great that they worked on the weekend so I didn't have to miss work the following week.

My only concern with the overall experience was that the installer who took the detailed measurements, who had decades of experience, wasn't the person who did the installation. He and I had talked about some of the potential issues and specific things I wanted done, so it would have have nice to have him do the installation.

In the end this was a minor detail and I am very satisfied with Torwin's work. They are a professional company doing high quality work. I would recommend Torwin and would not hesitate to hire them again. The windows look fantastic, including the 3.5 inch trim.

Right from the beginning when meeting their associate at Tru-Tech doors, I was personally and well taken care of. Jody and his daughter Cassi at TORWIN helped with all of the details of the style of doors, and even when my first choice would not fit into the available opening, they guided me into a decision with which I am so very pleased. I found them very honest and forthright about my options and the positives and the potential fitfalls of any decisions which I was making, so that there would not be any suprises. They are amazingly detailed. After the installation, there were a couple of outstanding spots needing some finishing, which were taken care of immediately. The product and the installation completely met my expectations, and my expectations were very high. I would strongly recommend TORWIN Windows and Doors for any of your home improvements.

This is the second time I have used Torwin Windows and Doors. Jody helped me make my selections. He listened to my needs and wants and he suggested the products to suit my needs. The crew was professional and courteous. There was one little problem during the installation which was addressed immediately and to my complete satisfaction. I highly recommend this company.

The crew who installed the living window did beautiful work. The caulking is perfect and the whole effect looks like a work of art.
