All windows and doors replacement
Having problem with their windows and doors installation. During this winter, finding problems on leaking of energy and air for most of the windows.
Also, when their technicians came to my home for the leaking inspection around November, 2016 and found out that my main entrance door having alignment problem causing my new electronic door lock jamming most of the time, and technician reported to their office at the spot. Have been trying to contact Torwin since then, but up till now, no feed back or answer on the rectification at all.

Hi Michael:
Your feedback is important to us, however you have left out some important details in the above events. We did not supply you with an electronic lock. You decided to go out and purchase it and install it which has no warranty from us. Originally you had hardware from us which we would have gladly replaced if you were having issues with it.
When you emailed in regards to the leaking energy we called you and scheduled an appointment right away which you then canceled and rescheduled. We had our technician come out and recaulk which your windows are now out of warranty for. However we came out and did it anyways. Our installer looked at the front door and there is no alignment issue, it is an issue with the installation of your hardware which we did not do. We have done everything we can to correct anything that you were unhappy with and this review is incredibly unjust and inaccurate.
