I got all my fixtures and rough-ins there and they were the BEST prices and I nonstop compared

I went to several places and comparison shopped for the exact same things ... Roman's prices were the best by far. Above and beyond that, their customer service was excellent. I lost a rough in for my shower (likely misplaced during renovations) and they replaced it for free. They offered me great advice and ways to "cut corners". Then my sales person left and I was so concerned. No need. The person who took over was every bit as good. I worked with a lot of professionals during a year long renovation and I can't recommend Roman enough. They exceeded expectations on all fronts.

Bathroom and kitchen Reno

Great experience from start to finish. I highly recommend ROMAN bath. They were extremely helpful and accommodating with all of the hiccups that happen during the Reno process. Great selection and pricing. 5 stars!

Bathroom Reno

TERRIBLE customer service. Purchased shower system from Roman Bath Centre and the face plate for the system was damaged. Called about replacement part. I was treated like I was being untruthful. They insinuated that the item must have been damaged while being installed. The Manager eventually agreed to replace the part in a third phone conversation, but made a point of informing me that it normally costs $100 for the part. Again, it came this way so stop suggesting that you are doing me some kind of favor by replacing a defective part. If customers being untruthful about damaged products is such a problem, why not have the customer inspect the product before they leave instead of sending people home with a sealed box of who knows what?

Kitchen Faucet

Horrible customer service. Horrible product. Purchased a $500 kitchen faucet which my contractor (who has been in business for 50 years) and TWO plumbers said they would not install as it was absolutely guaranteed to leak on our new oak hardwood floors (due to a different standard of internal construction comparative to many more mainstream brands). First of all, although the sales associate who initially helped us was nice, he and everyone at the store failed to disclose or even mention this MAJOR flaw/inconvenience. Our contractor recommended instead we go for a high end line from a widely renowned brand (sold at a big box store) that has always stood by their products and was founded well before the brand we purchased here was. When we initially purchased this faucet, we were told of their ridiculous ONLY 25% money back return policy, because according to them, driving a faucet from VAUGHAN constitutes for a more "custom order". This alone should have been a red flag for me. When I called the store demanding a full refund, the manager Shelley was rude and hung up the phone before I even had a chance to finish my "Thank you" for honouring a full refund. When we came in to return the product, not one of the sales associates even TRIED to win back our business or offer an alternative to this faucet. An associate who was sitting next to the person processing the refund began saying that our plumber had no idea what he was doing and that the high end line from the brand we purchased was "no good". Any individual or company that makes openly negative remarks about another brand TO A CUSTOMER speaks volumes of their own company. Buyers, I would not give this store your business, there are other high end tap/bath stores in Toronto that would be more deserving of it.

Kitchen and Bath Renovations!

We recently renovated our kitchen and 2 bathrooms. We visited a few showrooms in the city but found the best service and selection at Roman Bath. Our salesperson was extremely knowledgeable - gave us a few options to think about and told us what we needed to know to make our decision. They let us know when the product was ready for delivery and the delivery process went smoothly - the driver was very courteous. We had done some research and found that their pricing was by far the most competitive and their service was impeccable. Would highly recommend.

Kitchen and bathroom renos

After looking around at a number of stores, we chose Roman Bath. The variety of products were a benefit, but I was most pleased with our salesperson, Joanne Psaila, who worked with me throughout our entire reno. I've done a number of renos & full builds and I don't think I've ever found a salesperson as professional, proactive and on top of her game as Joanne. Her knowledge of plumbing fixtures is extensive, and she understands exactly what is needed in every situation. She was a dream to work with, and I've already recommended her to a few friends. Hands down, best salesperson I've dealt with in the home reno business. I'm happy to be almost finished with my reno, but I'll miss dealing with such a positive & professional salesperson as Joanne Psaila.

Bathroom renovation

My wife and I were renovating our ensuite bathroom and we wanted to use quality products that would not only show well but last. We decided to visit Roman Bath Centre and we loved the showroom and all of the choices available to us. We decided on a combination of products from Cabano / Fairmont / Caml Tomlin / Alcove / Porcelanosa etc. Our salesperson spent several hours with us over the course of 3 visits, she was helpful and knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We were given a detailed and accurate estimate that included all of the specs. and images and timelines that we requested. The delivery driver was very courteous, and our delivery was on time as promised. The entire experience was well above all of our expectations. I would highly recommend purchasing your bathroom products from Roman Bath Centre. We will definitely be back when we are ready to do our main bathroom.

Perfect Project

Had the best experience from start to finish - their selection is the best in the city. Prices were flexible and I was helped with a smile each time I visited - I changed my mind three times on a shower door and they were able to cancel and return for me no problem. I would highly recommend them, very professional and great after service! My old kitchen faucet (which I didn't buy from them) was leaking and they were able to put me in contact with the supplier and I received the part I needed within a couple of days.

Bathroom grab bar

Bought a grab bar for my tub under condition to show it to my therapist and if not suitable to return it. The following week I returned to the store to return the product. The woman at the cash refused to do it since she was not the one who did the sales transaction and referred me to one of the salesman. This guy was so rude threw my credit card and the receipt to sign at me. I asked him if he treat all customers that way, he responded that he just wanted to be fast. I have never seen so many unfriendly and rude sales persons any where. I would never go back and not recommend them to anyone.
