Roman Bath Centre

Recently, I purchased a variety of bathroom fixtures and accessories for two bathrooms we were renovating. I always received good, timely, courteous service. Sometimes email responses were slow, but they were able to speed up delivery of a shower door unit so my contractor could compete his work on time. The showroom is well stocked, and discounts on some fixtures are usually available. Highly recommended.

Great service and selection of items at this gem of a store. The parts counter solved an ongoing issue we have had for years - and we outfitted our second bathroom there recently and were delighted with the whole experience from start to finish. We went into two other bath stores in the area and nobody even noticed us, they ignored us after making eye contact! Romans is the only place for all your needs, they have everything.

Terrible customer service. Simple shower head purchase where I wanted to swap out for a better (more expensive) product and they stuck me with the product after not being satisfied with its quality. Their reason for doing so was that I ran water through the shower head one time. Pretty weak in my opinion.

We were very happy with our experience at Roman Bath. Our salesperson was very patient in helping us choose products for 3 bathrooms and a kitchen. Helped us with sizes and specs, lead times. Really helped us manage the process with our designer. There was a backorder on one item and they let us know in advance so we could figure it out with the contractor. Product selection was great and we compared pricing to another supplier. They had better pricing and we couldn't even compare their excellent service to the other guys. We would highly recommend this showroom!

In December 2014, we purchased a fairmont vanity from Roman Bath Centre. Upon delivery, which we paid $50 for, we were told that the delivery would only be made to the ground level of the house. One man delivered the 200 lb. vanity and needed assistance, of course, to carry it into the house. How does a company that sells vanities, not provide its customers with a delivery service that can lift the vanity into the appropriate washroom. After a month, the vanity and top are still sitting in our living room. We love the variety available at Roman Bath Centre, but will never purchase anything from this store again, unless their delivery service is improved.

We bought all our fixtures and accessories for our bathroom renovation from Roman Bath. We were very happy with our purchase. The vanity doors came in warped, Roman provided new doors for us at no cost. I will use Roman again for our next renovation project.

I had been to a few different show rooms while I was looking at ideas for my renovation and was starting to get a little overwhelmed, with so many choices it's hard not to!
From the moment I walked into Roman Bath Centre and met with Joseph I could tell that he was the perfect person to guide me through this process. He knew the products inside and out and because he has such a great eye for design he was able to recommend products to me that I didn't even know existed! I couldn't imagine having to go through my reno without him.

Roman offers a huge variety of products with very competitive pricing - I am now enjoying luxury at a fraction of what I thought I'd pay. Not to mention their impeccable customer service. The staff were very helpful and I am very impressed with the quality of their merchandise. I'd recommend them in a heartbeat.
