Sump Pump Replacement and Sump Exit Line Fixes
I contacted a few "Waterproofing" companies to inspect my dual sump pit setup because a pump that hadn't turned on since August (when we moved into the home) was running every minute for 2 weeks. Den was the only person who took the time to understand the root cause of the issue and didn't try to upsell me something I didn't need (I can't say the same for one of the other companies I had contacted). Then less than a week later, Chris did an awesome job on the install, even optimizing the sump exit chute setup to his high standard. Chris' workmanship was very clean and precise. Next time I have an issue that RCC can fix, I won't even bother shopping around. These guys are great, honest tradesmen.
