I contacted a few "Waterproofing" companies to inspect my dual sump pit setup because a pump that hadn't turned on since August (when we moved into the home) was running every minute for 2 weeks. Den was the only person who took the time to understand the root cause of the issue and didn't try to upsell me something I didn't need (I can't say the same for one of the other companies I had contacted). Then less than a week later, Chris did an awesome job on the install, even optimizing the sump exit chute setup to his high standard. Chris' workmanship was very clean and precise. Next time I have an issue that RCC can fix, I won't even bother shopping around. These guys are great, honest tradesmen.

From the first interaction, Vince was very responsive and accommodating. He visited our home twice before the install to align on speaker placement and system design. He then completed the install with Chris, with great workmanship as the wiring was run very nicely and the speakers look great. Finally, I'm happy with the price / performance of the system Vince had designed, it sounds fantastic!
