This was an emergency situation as we had a family of raccoons put several holes in our roof and move into the attic space above our bedroom. Our Technical Advisor Michael Schoeman was able to coordinate with the animal control people to remove the raccoons and replace our roof within a week and guide us through the whole process during a very stressful time. We would highly recommend Michael and the whole Penfolds team who did an excellent job.

We were very impressed with the total experience of dealing with Penfold Roofing and are extremely satisfied with the new brown rubber Ecoroof system installed on our home. We love the look of the roof which resembles cedar shakes, only better.

We got our quotation promptly and we were kept up-to-date when the materials were on hand and were able to have the installation completed in a timely fashion. We really liked the crew and we were impressed with their excellent work ethic and the care they took to keep everything picked up. They left the yard in great shape, returning everything to the original condition. We are quick to tell friends and family about our new roof and pleased to recommend Penfolds. I'm in an older house and the roof was really showing its age.

Penfolds put a new roof on that I will not have to worry about for at least another decade. They also reroofed my garden shed and gazebo. I'm very happy with the work and the product we used.

My experience with Penfold's was practically perfect in every way. Michael listened to my roofing needs and responded with a range of choices that addressed all of my concerns in respect to materials, rain runoff paths, animal deterence, skylights and budget. He explained in full the process that the installation would involve. The crew that did the work arrived on time every day, used their time effectively, kept a quiet worksite (aside from necessary tool noise), and left each day only after materials and debris had been appropriately cleared and stowed. (After 4 days of work, the only bits i found left behind were a small amount of tiny scraps and 5 nails. As a pet owner, I like to be alert to such potential hazards.) All staff were friendly and courteous. Field supervisor Ron checked in daily to monitor the site, and together with Michael, conducted a final inspection with me when the job was complete. They addressed the few small outstanding issues I had with ready willingness. For homeowners looking for a roofing company that knows and values "old-fashioned" qualities of customer service, professionalism, integrity and trust, then Penfold's should definitely be among those they consider to do their project.

Although I had cheaper quotes, after sitting down talking to Michael, I knew that Penfolds was the organization I would go with to unsure that my project would be completed on time and with a high degree of quality. I thank Michael for taking the time to explain my options, answer my questions, making this experience very positive and I would not hesitate to recommend Penfolds.
