An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
We were very impressed with the total experience of dealing with Penfold Roofing and are extremely satisfied with the new brown rubber Ecoroof system installed on our home. We love the look of the roof which resembles cedar shakes, only better.
We got our quotation promptly and we were kept up-to-date when the materials were on hand and were able to have the installation completed in a timely fashion. We really liked the crew and we were impressed with their excellent work ethic and the care they took to keep everything picked up. They left the yard in great shape, returning everything to the original condition. We are quick to tell friends and family about our new roof and pleased to recommend Penfolds. We consider the rubber Ecoroof to have improved the look and the value of our home. We will never again need to deal with roof issues during our lifetime.
