The sales person Adam was great. He eloquently explain his product and was very honest and transparent.

The installation gents even though they were young in age, they were extremely knowledgeable and take the time to explain everything I needed to know about the unit.

Furnace wasn't working called Peel Heating and air and they were here in less than 30 min. Edgar was very knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed a pressure switch . He had the part in his truck and the furnace was up and running in no time. It was a pleasure dealing with Edgar he was friendly polite and knows his trade I would highly recommend Peel Heating and Edgar for your repairs .

Peel's technician, Edgar, came by to make sure the glue was properly administered on the furnace pipes and added more glue as needed to stop the leaks. Edgar is professional, courteous and address my concerns about the furnace and humidifier. I am happy with the service and highly recommend Peel Heating and Air Conditioning.

This company is wonderful to deal with. I have been getting my furnace and air conditioner serviced by them for at least 10 years. I have only ever had 1 service call that I wasn't happy with. I received excellent customer service when I called their office and had the operations manager Shaan call me directly to address my concerns. He was very kind and helpful and I really felt like they cared about my happiness. I can't say enough great things about how they operate and how they responded when an issue came up. This kind of customer service is rare.
