Devinder came to perform the annual furnace maintenance tune up and replaced the space guard filter and evaporator panel for the humidifier. He did an excellent job and was informative and tidy. Thank you.

We recently moved into this house and as I have always used Peel Heating and Air Conditioning I called them to check the furnace before I turned on the heat. I’m glad I did as the furnace was filthy. Dexter did an amazing job cleaning and explaining other things that should be done.

As usual, excellent and punctual service. Ryan was polite, friendly, respectful of our home, wore a mask, and even appreciated the direct supervision of our cat while doing his work! Left the premises clean and reorganized to how he found them.

I have been using Peel Heating for over 10 years and they have never disappointed me once. They are reliable and if there is a problem they can fix it immediately. There service people are courteous and friendly.

Max was very considerate in listening to our concerns for upgrading our old existing equipment. He walked up though the enitre process, without trynig to upsell us. He was able to coordinate a quick turn around time for the crew to replace our AC, water heater tank air filter. The crews were knowledgeable and friendly, very reassuring and professional service. No problems yet and everything was done up to code! i definately appreciate the honesty, dedicateion and care shown by the Peel Heating and Air Conditioning team to sort things out for us.

This is our second time using Peel Heating and Air conditioning. We needed a furnace 2 years ago and now changed our air conditioning unit . Both times the reps really explained everything and did not pressure us . Great customer service and we have an appointment set up . I would recommend this company they are amazing

My wife and I hired Peel Heating And Air Conditioning to service our furnace. We started smelling gas within one month of this company servicing our furnace. We immediately called Union Gas who sent a certified gas specialist to determine any leak and cause. He detected a "very large hole" in the gas line to the furnace. The Union Gas expert said there was no way that a hole that size would have formed within one month of having our furnace serviced.

We called Peel Heating And Air Conditioning with the expectation they would stand by their guaranteed customer satisfaction. The lady we spoke to was NOT UNDERSTANDING and basically told us Peel would charge us for someone to come back to have another look at the furnace. Again, this is WITHIN ONE MONTH of paying for the service of this company (and they'd likely only try to convince us to buy a new furnace with them).

I have never written a review like this before. We ended up buying a new $5,000 furnace with another contractor. In addition to the $150 service charge by Peel.

The service technician arrived on time. He explained the work to be done and how long it would take. he answered any questions I had regarding the equipment and the installation. He covered the floor to prevent it from getting dirty. He worked efficiently and neatly. He installed the new unit exactly where I requested, which was different from the location of the unit being replaced. I was very pleased with the final installation and with his positive attitude throughout the time he was there.

This was Justin`s second visit for my annual furnace tune/check up. As before I found him to be very knowledgeable, efficient, thorough with his inspection and cleaning. He is always happy to share information/tips to keep the furnace running smoothly and explains what he is checking/looking for. I do hope I can always book Justin as there is a comfort level established and I feel confident after he is done - and the furnace and me are ready to face winter. Hope the company appreciates Justin and all the great work he does!!

Tech / sales rep arrived within 2 hours of our initial call to assess the situation. Fair & competitive quote received and work arranged for following day. Alan & Robert arrived promptly at 9 the next morning and efficiently completed the replacement of furnace, AC and water heater. All work was explained (including the set-up of the new smart thermostat) and a few improvements to the set-up were recommended/completed. Area was left in better shape than when they arrived! Kudos to Alan & Robert for the greta work!
