RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM THIS COMPANY!

I have a sales rep visit my house and quote me on a lennox system with the SLP98 90k BTU and the 16 seer AC 3.5 ton. I was supposed to receive the quote in my email and after not hearing anything back I called tham and they said my sales rep is no longer with the company! I was shocked as we spent in hours in my home the day before. They transferred me to the GM Steve and he was nice and straight to the point and offered me a good price on the system based on my convo with the sales rep. The tech supervisor Shawn also came out to make sure i get the right install and was very educating. This is where it all went bad. No one returned my calls for 4 days and I had to chase these guys down to the point I told them that is this the experience I have bring to spend 11k, then how can i trust them to service me after. The irony is that I read a lot of positive reviews and they seem competent but my experience was chaotic, disorganized, and not reflective of what i would expect from a company like this. The best advice I got when considering where to actually buy from was to buy from someone who's small enough to treat you like family and big enough to be around to service your warranty and these guys missed the mark big time! I have bought from another company and I'm very happy i did not go with these guys.
