Dov and his team were fantastic, we finally got our dream flooring and stairs. Dov was here everyday to make sure that the job was done right and that we were happy. I even got a lesson on how to care for my flooring.

Invision was awesome from start to end. Good selection. Pina was really helpful in directing towards what I was looking for, and is knowledgeable on what's currently trending. She was super helpful in answering supply questions and always responsive. Dov was easy with helping to figure out nosing and transitions. Quality is excellent, pickup was easy and helpful loading too.

I had the entire condo floor replaced. Dov and his team provided superb customer service, even before the job started. They took the time to explain the products offered, the process, and also allowed samples to be taken out of the store (which some flooring places do not!). The job started as agreed, and was completed even before the anticipated deadline. The final product was of high quality, and the condo was left in a mint clean condition. I was impressed with the detailed work done as I am a very picky person by nature. The crew even tucked in the laminate underneath the kick plates in the kitchen for a seamless look. I would highly recommend to anyone wishing a great job done and on time!

Through a reference from a friend of mine, I also approached Invision Hardwood & Decor for selection of hardwood flooring material as part of a renovation for our new condo living. We picked Invision, although it is located quite a distance from our home in the eastern part of the North York, because the selection of materials, store layout and display, and above all, friendly and knowledgeable staff and their clear instructions during the whole process of getting the job done.

We shopped extensively for engineered hardwood flooring. Liked the selection at Invision. Pina, Roy and Dov were all very helpful and pleasant to deal with. They went to considerable lengths to speed my purchase in order to qualify for a manufacturer's rebate. Highly recommend.

Dov and the team at Invision are great! When we had our flooring order delayed by ~2 months from another distributor, We needed to find another solution fast to keep our project on schedule.

Dov answered the phone after hours on a Saturday, was able to reach out to a rep (no other shops were willing/able to do so) and was able to find out stock levels so we could make our decision.

He was very knowledgeable, fair and moved quickly to help us get things done quick. Really appreciate all your work here and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for flooring in the future!

Roy and his entire team, were professional and attentive from day one. I don't know how I could have had a better experience. Fast service, efficient process, quality product, and very pleasant staff. We even had a wood colour issue, through no fault of Invision Hardwood. It was resolved with efficiency, tact, fairness and professionalism. Five star + for sure!

Despite being higher priced, we hired invision to install our floors and refinish our stairs due to their strong assurance that they could execute the job we wanted. The floors were beautifully done and met our expectations. The stairs however were a disaster. Having run into issues in our basement with someone who could not successfully execute a 2-tone stain, I had specifically asked about this before choosing them to complete the job and was reassured by Dove that they could do this. This was not the case however. They had to strip the stairs and start over numerous times due to a variety of errors in execution, including dripping stain, using tape that pulled the stain off, and not giving coats long enough dry time. 2-tone staining was clearly out of their comfort zone. Although the delays were frustrating, we were quite patient about all of the process errors as long as the job was completed successfully. Dove was not as patient however about all of the extra time the job was taking to correct and made us feel like we should just accept the errors and should not expect them to fix the work until it was completed successfully. After much uncomfortable discussion back and forth, the work was completed to most of our satisfaction. It’s just too bad that Dove’s attitude about the whole thing was so poor.

had the flooring shipped to Thunder Bay and saved 2500.00-3500.00 after paying freight. Dov was amazing to deal with. answered my questions promptly and supplied me with reliable accurate information given i was unable to see the product in person. We found a way.
great customer service. i would give 20 stars if it was a option.
