When walking into Invision Hardwood & Decor my fiancé and I were kindly greeted by Roy. Roy was very friendly and willing to help us select the perfect floors for our new custom home build. He went over all of the options that they had to offer and explained every detail to us which made us feel extremely comfortable when later on making our decision. Roy was very patient and is an absolute pleasure to work with. We are extremely happy with our Mercier Red Oak floors that we purchased from Invision Hardwood and will be returning back for all of our future home build projects. Our project went smooth and without a glitch- from the first communication with Dov and Roy to the last floor board installed.

Our house is over 100 years old and with dividing walls. We asked for an installation of engineered wood floor in a herringbone pattern at a 90 degree angle. A hard thing to do given the architecture of our house. A very talented crew of three installed the floor throughout -and they exceeded our expectations. We are very happy with the team and the company. Definitely recommend!!

Dov and his team did a fantastic job installing high-quality hardwood as well as painting all the walls in our newly purchased condo. Our situation is not that ideal - we were a bit in a rush and had to work on this remotely. However, Dov was very accommodating and tried his best to make this happen. He tried to deliver all the necessary information in a timely manner and scheduled everything smoothly so that we could finish the project on time. While looking to redo my family room in hardwood, I found Invision Hardwood based on their reviews. I was met with a company that was knowledgeable, professional, communicative, and a pleasure to deal with. Whether I went in for an appointment to look at samples and get ideas, or sent pictures of the room so Dov could see what we were working with, or I was coming in to take samples home, everyone at Invision was kind, helpful and gave so much time in answering questions and educating me in the decision making. As soon as there was an opening for installation, Roy delivered the hardwood and materials. The installers who came did an incredible job - from the carpet removal, putting in the plywood base, to the installing hardwood floors and baseboards. They were were polite and friendly, worked quickly, and left the area spotless. Dov and Roy came by as the job was going on the ensure everything was up to their standards. The floor looks amazing, and it has changed the look of the room completely. The next step was the painting, and Amit was our painter. It turned out to be a big job, as we were painting white over a darker shade. Dov explained that often this requires more work/coats. He was upfront and honest with us at each step. The job took longer than planned, and Amit was prompt, thorough, and obviously a skilled painter. Dov again came daily to check the work and follow up with the job being done. Our family room/hallway area now looks fresh, beautiful, and ready for the rest of our renovation. Thanks to Dov and everyone at Invision. I would definitely recommend this company - you are paying for quality and you get it!

Dov, Roy, and their crew of installers and painters are terrific. They ripped out the worn wall-to-wall carpet in my condo and installed Mercier engineered hardwood (maple, in toast brown) in just two days! The painters came in the following week and gave my place a a fresh coat. I'm grateful to Dov for his advice in the planning stage, and I can't complement his crew highly enough. I am delighted with the results. Invision Hardwood & Decor has my highest recommendation.
