While looking to redo my family room in hardwood, I found Invision Hardwood based on their reviews. I was met with a company that was knowledgeable, professional, communicative, and a pleasure to deal with. Whether I went in for an appointment to look at samples and get ideas, or sent pictures of the room so Dov could see what we were working with, or I was coming in to take samples home, everyone at Invision was kind, helpful and gave so much time in answering questions and educating me in the decision making. As soon as there was an opening for installation, Roy delivered the hardwood and materials. The installers who came did an incredible job - from the carpet removal, putting in the plywood base, to the installing hardwood floors and baseboards. They were were polite and friendly, worked quickly, and left the area spotless. Dov and Roy came by as the job was going on the ensure everything was up to their standards. The floor looks amazing, and it has changed the look of the room completely. The next step was the painting, and Amit was our painter. It turned out to be a big job, as we were painting white over a darker shade. Dov explained that often this requires more work/coats. He was upfront and honest with us at each step. The job took longer than planned, and Amit was prompt, thorough, and obviously a skilled painter. Dov again came daily to check the work and follow up with the job being done. Our family room/hallway area now looks fresh, beautiful, and ready for the rest of our renovation. Thanks to Dov and everyone at Invision. I would definitely recommend this company - you are paying for quality and you get it!

From the moment I contacted Classic Fireplace, the service was nothing more than incredible. From a simple phone call, Babz knew exactly what our family was looking for in terms of removing the wood burning fireplace in our upstairs family room and installing a new gas one. I was reassured that they did jobs like this all the time. (I had been told by other companies it was too complicated.) Josh, the owner, came the following week and spent time clearly explaining the job, and telling us exactly what would be done in terms of gas line installation and what fireplace would best fit our needs. We set up a date for installation, and Babz was kind enough to get in touch with us when there was an opportunity to have an earlier date when it became available. The installers came early in the morning and worked tirelessly throughout the day. They were so friendly and polite, and they answered every question and explained everything they were doing. I remember Stephen's name but forget the name of the other installer, but they were both just great! The area was left spotless, and the new fireplace is a great start to our family room renovation. I cannot say enough about the team at Classic Fireplace! Their communication was top notch. Throughout the entire process, they always responded in a timely manner, whether by text, email or phone. No question or concern was ever dismissed. There was a time when they even replied to an after hours call. I am so happy that I found this company, and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for people with a deep knowledge of their products, great workmanship, and incredible customer service.
