We were considering some big projects around our home including replacing all our flooring. Dov and Roy were extremely knowledgeable, helpful, forthcoming, available, and patient with us during the planning stages. After waiting many years we finally decided to replace our original (circa 1967) oak strip hardwood floors in the living/dining room upstairs hallway, and to refinish the stairs going down and up from the main level. After speaking with a few different companies, I read some good things about Invision Hardwood and Flooring and gave them a call. Roy provided some preliminary information and advice on the phone, and we later visited the store to get more details. From the first moment I spoke with Roy, I had a feeling of confidence that this was a place where they care to do the job right, and know exactly what they are doing. And from that moment on, Invision Hardwood & Decor delivered 110%. They offer first-rate expertise, advice, and workmanship, and are very communicative about what to expect, while delivering everything as promised and described. On top of the beautiful work they do, they are extremely efficient (finishing before schedule!) while taking great care to get everything done to perfection. They removed all the wood, repaired the subfloor as needed, installed plywood on top of the subfloor and nailed everything down to eliminate all the squeaking before installing the new floorboards on top of the plywood while replacing all the baseboards. They sanded and stained the stair treads to match, installed facings on all the risers. In addition to being professional at all times and keeping us informed every step of the way, Roy went above and beyond expectations to ensure we were happy. When the job was done, all the debris was completely cleared out, and we were left with a gorgeous, updated look and a silent floor with no creaks! Thank you Roy and team for a wonderful job, and for making everything very easy for us in this process. I would wholeheartedly recommend Invision Hardwood & Decor to anyone who appreciates excellent quality, a positive customer experience, sound advice, and fantastic service.

Dov was very knowledgeable about the different types of hardwood and the various selections available for each type.
The individuals who installed the flooring-Matt and Chris- were very careful in moving furniture around and are really skilled in installing flooring. I am very particular about how I want things and I would recommend Invision Hardwood. With projects such as these, it is important that there be communication and Roy and Dov were always willing to discuss any questions/issues that I had.
