We found Invision on Homestars and based on their reviews we decided to go forward with them. The reviews were not wrong. Dov from Invision took the time to walk me through every detail of the install, listened to my concerns/request and made sure I was fully satisfied with the work at all times. The installers he sent were also very professional, organized, timely and detail orientated. ~1000 sq ft of install with ~450 sq ft of demo took them 2.5 days to complete. Amazing work!

Dov and his team did an excellent job transforming our house. We didn't want to let the house go to begin with, now even more so with the house being even more beautiful than before. The floor is beautiful.
Pina was also lovely while servicing me and my family. She really made us feel comfortable.
The painting person, never caught his name, my dad said he was "picky", which is the type of person you want if you want quality work, one who's picky about his own work.

From the initial consultation in the well laid out showroom, it was clear that Dov genuinely had the client’s best interests at heart. He took the time to understand the objectives and vision of my main floor renovation, went to great lengths to explain the benefits and drawbacks of the different wood floor options and offered practical advice taking cost into consideration rather than simply attempting to upsell the most expensive option to meet my objectives.

When I needed to delay the installation date by a few days due to challenges with other trades, Dov did not get irate or push back. He listened and understood the reasons for the delay, explained his concerns and agreed to work with me to accommodate my request. After some back and forth, we agreed to a mutually beneficial revised installation date.

The solid hardwood installation took a little longer than expected mainly due to difficulties encountered in removing the existing floor tiles, however, the end result was an awesome looking floor with the stained original hardwood floor in the living/dining room perfectly matching the new hardwood floor on the rest of the main floor.

We found Invision here on Homestars & Roy & team did not disappoint. They helped us decide on our choice perfectly & when we dicided to go ahead, Roy came by our house quickly & within 2 weeks...voila, new beautiful hardwood flooring throughout our main floor. And to boot, they removed the old carpet, installed the hardwood, & did all the baseboards within one day. Thanks Roy & team!

In my search for the perfect floors I came across Invision Hardwood and Decor store. I received such excellent service here: sound advice, a bit of an education on how to choose your floors, I was able to take samples home and not just once. They were able to run with my tight deadlines and help me choose the floors I wanted and in the shortest possible time. The floors arrived yesterday and look gorgeous. Before we found Invision, we had visited several hardwood showrooms in the GTA and were having trouble finding the style we wanted to replace the floors in our living/kitchen space during a kitchen remodel. Then we met Dov and chose the first selection he showed us - it was the perfect colour and finish. 

After we ordered the materials, Roy did a site visit to inspect the subfloor, and was on-hand throughout the process. Invision handled the installation, demolition, and subfloor work. The results are beautiful and really transform the space. We enjoyed working with Dov and Roy  - they were helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. We hope to work with them again on our next flooring or stair project.

We were looking for a company to install luxury vinyl floors and to refinish the aging stairs. Invision Hardwood came up on Home Stars with a very high rating, so we called them. From the first phone call, Dov was very informative and took his time to explain the process. A visit to the showroom revealed that it was neat, clean, and well organized. Once again, Dov was there and spent a lot of time explaining materials and procedures. We decided to go with Invision and are happy that we did. They had a crew of diligent workers who did neat work and were professional and respectful. They communicated with us when necessary and left the area clean after each day’s work. Company owners, Dov and Roy, also communicated with us regularly to ensure that everything was always on track and to our satisfaction. They listened and addressed any concerns that we had, making adjustments as necessary so that we would be happy with the end result. Needless to say, we are very pleased with the top-notch work and customer service that we got from Invision Hardwood. We will be recommending them to friends and family!

I had visited 3 other hardwood flooring stores and was frustrated after leaving each one. Then I went to Invision - Dov was helpful and told me more than I ever thought I needed to know about hardwood flooring but given that i was making a big investment the information was appreciated. He directed me to a product that i believe will not only look beautiful for years to come (it certainly looks beautiful now) but hopefully provide other benefits (see Pure Genius by lauzon). The ordering process and delivery went very smoothly and timely as well.
