Had been looking for a particular flooring, no other company was returning my calls. Called and spoke to Dov, in less than half hour my problem was solved, within 45 minutes order was placed and an hour later I picked up the materials. Thank you Dov!!!

Invision was recommended to us by another contractor for our flooring replacement, as part of a larger overall renovation. Dov and Roy were very responsive and excellent to deal with, and were probably more excited about the final product than we were! Their expert recommendations combined with an understanding of the need to manage costs allowed us to choose the right products for our needs. They also refinished our stairs, custom matching the stain perfectly to the new floor coverings. The work was done quickly and professionally by Matt and the rest of the installation crew, and any concerns were addressed quickly and professionally. Overall, we’re very happy with the final outcome. I would (and already have) recommended/referred Invision to friends and family members.

We approached Roy and team based on the reviews and can sincerely say the work and service were outstanding. Our original plan was to restore our 20-yr old hardwoods floors covering half the condo and replace old carpet covering the other half with new hardwood, or redo the whole condo with new floors. Roy took the time to visit our condo and analyze the situation before we made any purchases. Based on his advice, we ended up putting new carpet and redoing our existing floors. Roy's advice was clearly based on what worked best and not maximizing a sale. The end result on the reworked floors is amazing. They look brand new and light/modern. We would highly recommend Invision.

Excellent company to work with. Bought 30k worth of flooring from them without even going to their store. They are knowledgeable, accommodating with paying invoices and had the best price for the product. I dealt with Pina over the phone and she made the whole experience from ordering to payment to delivery effortless. Would highly recommend.

I found Invision here on HomeStars after a very bad experience with another company. What a difference. When I visited Invision they were careful not to jump to conclusions about what would be best. Roy made a careful on-site inspection and devised an engineered hardwood replacement plan that addressed my concerns directly. There was a formal contract with guarantees. Roy made a point of on-site supervision throughout. I ended up with beautiful natural maple hardwood floors, totally free of the noise problems that plagued the earlier installation. All wonderful 10-stars stuff. HOWEVER what really set Invision apart was the responsible handling of an accident during installation. During the removal of the existing flooring a large floor-to-ceiling mirror panel was cracked. Invision immediately offered that it would be fixed. No hesitation, even though it would obviously be costly. And it was fixed, perfectly, with Roy along again to ensure that all went well. "It was just the right thing to do." I wish I had found these guys first.

Very helpful, and great to do business with. Floor looks really amazing. No problem taking home samples.
We also ordered the floor registers for the vents, and they look really cool.
Advice about choosing colour or matching sample rather than worrying too much about whether its hardwood or engineered was good advice, especially for a low-traffic area like a bedroom.

Invision was professional, efficient and true to their word of doing an excellent job. The were in constant communication with us and answered all our questions very quickly. They provided excellent advice throughout the job. Dov and his team are by far some of the best contractors we've come across. We highly recommend them and would use them again.

Roy’s team did a great job and fast. They were able to work within my condo restrictions. Speaking as a person that did finish carpentry and millworker in the past I can attest to their craftsmanship. After dealing with Roy, he strikes me as a sincere person of integrity. I’m taking all his good advice with keeping the humidity within range and hope to enjoy these beautiful floors for years to come. Invision has my recommendation

We found Invision Hardwood&Decor by chance. It turned out to be the life-saver of my daughter and son-in-law’s main floor renovation.
After a terrible and expensive experience with a contractor who came and went at will, sometimes for weeks on end nothing being done, very poor quality in workmanship when doing something and no timely communications, I decided to help to get the project going by finding trades that knew what they we’re doing and produced a quality outcome in a timely manner.
I met Dov and Roy at their store and from the first conversation was impressed with their knowledge of flooring and renovations, More important to us at that time was their compassion and empathy for what we were going through with our missing in action contractor. We agreed that they would install engineered hardware, a contract was drawn up and agreed upon and a date for install and completion....which was for us less then a week to start.
I must say, the finished job was beyond out expectations,. It was completed earlier then anticipated and on budget.
It is refreshing to know that there are still people and companies out there that just “Do what they say they will do”. We have more renovations in the near future. It will be with them.

Had a great experience with Dov and Invision. Couldn’t say enough good things about the service and timely install. They went out of their way to help us out after our contractor left us in a bad position.

The installers of floors were incredible, professional, and nice to talk to. Will definetley use these guys for my upstairs!!
