Brand new floors throughout the house
I contacted Dov at Invision Hardwood after speaking to a few different companies (a few well reviewed on Homestars). From the first conversation I knew I was dealing with a very different type of "salesperson." Right from the get go I was given a lot more info and insight about options we were considering (and very respectfully I might add). I knew right away I was not "being sold" but was instead speaking with someone who was truly interested in my job and how he could help. He put me in touch with his partner Roy and we made arrangements to meet at their store. Roy proved to be equally as informed, informative and helpful in providing ideas and options. Ultimately, we ended up going with Invision to lay new flooring throughout our main floor and second floor. They did an outstanding job on all fronts. From walking us through the wood selection, to committing to and sticking to timelines, to impeccable work throughout our house, my husband and I could not be happier. There are a lot of companies out there competing for this business but if I had to point to the thing that tipped the scale in favour of Invision, it would most certainly be the way in which things were communicated throughout the process. Roy was responsive, explained everything thoroughly at every turn, and stuck to each and every promise he made. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone who is looking to install new flooring. You will not go wrong with Invision Hardwood. Thank you guys for everything!!!
