I have also recieved unsatisfactory goods, the delivery was rushed and the attitude was very poor when I asked what the problem was. They walked away from me and could not explain why my hot tub was dirty and contained water. After they left I wiped it down only to find many scratches and silocone everywhere. i called them only to be promised a call back from the owner. It is two days later and I have not heard anything and they do not answer the phone. I will not be paying the balance until they replace my hot tub with the one I ordered.

I second the comment made by George. These guys pulled a bait and switch on me as well. The spa I thought I was getting certainly was not what arrived the day of delivery. I did some investigating and found out that OSD purchases blemished B Stock spas at a discount from their suppliers and pawn them as "new" A grade which they are not. My spa is still not running correctly and their service is non existent. I am trying to get a refund, if not I will pursue legal action

I bought from them recently, they showed us one tub but shipped another that's full of rust and falling apart literally. They promised to resolve the issue by exchanging it. Since then, after several no show delivery promises, they're hiding and obviously hoping I'll just accept my fate and keep this non-functional unit.
