Ontario Duct Cleaning Toronto

I was very pleased with the duct cleaning service I received from Ontario Duct Cleaning. I have used some cheaper services in past but have been disappointed in the level of professionalism or quality of service. You wont get your ducts cleaned with them for $100 but well worth the extra money. The amount of dirt in my ducts found and removed by the technician from ODC indicated my ducts have not been properly cleaned in past as suspected. Definitely I will use them again and recommend them to others.

I was very pleased with the service we received from the Toronto division of Ontario Duct Cleaning.

They were able to set up an appointment time for the next day at 8:30 in the morning, which was amazing since I called after 3:00pm the day prior.

They showed up right on time and were able to adapt to our unique location (row townhouse with no driveway). The entire process took about 2.5 hours. They took the time to explain what would be done, how it would be done, and left very minimal mess afterwards (considering it had rained the night before).

I contacted this company because I saw an episode of CBC's Marketplace regarding fake duct cleaners. One of the most important things Marketplace said was for the company to be registered and in good standing with their national organization, which Ontario Duct Cleaning is. They did everything correctly according to the Marketplace episode, which was a great guideline to know if we were getting proper service or not.

I will be hiring them again in 5 - 7 years time to redo our duct cleaning. They are very friendly, courteous, and work with you to find the best time to perform the work.

I was so happy that I decided to get our air ducts cleaned, and selected Ontario Duct Cleaning.
They arrived right when they said they were going to arrive. The service representative was very pleasant and efficient.
All of the work was done within the time frame that I was told. The after effect has been wonderful. I have been headache free in the morning and the dust in the house is so minimal. I am just sorry I did not do this sooner.

My family has seasonal allergies and we were feeling the effects of the poor quality of air circulation in our home. I must confess that we also delayed having our ducts cleaned in a timely manner so we quickly called your office and spoke with Susan, who arranged an appointment right away. She was friendly, knowledgeable and very courteous. The technician, Aiden, arrived promptly and quickly hooked up the vacuum system. He meticulously cleaned every vent in the house.
We were thoroughly impressed with his excellent workmanship in getting the job done effectively and efficiently.

In summary, the air quality in our home was noticeable immediately as allergy symptoms were drastically reduced. THANK YOU for an awesome job!!

I have used Ontario Duct cleaning in the past and was very satisfied with their work. After a major home renovation, I contacted Ontario Duct cleaning and spoke with Susan in the office. Susan was very attentive to my schedule and we settled on a date with an early morning appointment. Chris arrived before the agreed time by about 10 minutes and introduced himself with a handshake. I explained to Chris that the house was newly renovated with all new floors, paint, etc. and he said "in other words, I'm to be very careful". I am pleased to say that Chris did an outstanding job. Furthermore, he was very respectful and obviously takes pride in his job as well as interaction with customers. I will not hesitate to recommend Ontario Duct Cleaning and their staff to my friends and colleagues.

We recently had our ducts and dryer vent cleaned by Ontario Duct Cleaning - Toronto. We were impressed with the timely scheduling and the prompt arrival of the technician. Each interaction with the company, starting with our contact with Gary, the owner/manager, who explained how they clean ducts, to Susan, the friendly office manager, to Aiden, the technician that actually did the work. He was polite, punctual and treated our home with respect. He is a young man that would make any parent proud and represents the company in an extremely positive way.

I couldn't agree more with the previous reviews. Gary and Tony were efficient, and clearly very experienced. They took great care to protect our house from the equipment they brought in, were conscientious of our pets, and did an incredible job. Our vents, exchanges, and dryer look like new. I have had several companies bid out the house of ours and was dissatisfied with their sales pitch and process. I called Ontario Duct Cleaning because of their great reviews. I was slightly hesitant when their quoted prices were so much less than other companies I had been in contact with. They have proved themselves to be an excellent company and I would highly recommend their services to all of my friends.
