I have used Ontario Duct cleaning in the past and was very satisfied with their work. After a major home renovation, I contacted Ontario Duct cleaning and spoke with Susan in the office. Susan was very attentive to my schedule and we settled on a date with an early morning appointment. Chris arrived before the agreed time by about 10 minutes and introduced himself with a handshake. I explained to Chris that the house was newly renovated with all new floors, paint, etc. and he said "in other words, I'm to be very careful". I am pleased to say that Chris did an outstanding job. Furthermore, he was very respectful and obviously takes pride in his job as well as interaction with customers. I will not hesitate to recommend Ontario Duct Cleaning and their staff to my friends and colleagues.
