Ontario Duct Cleaning Toronto

I was referred by a friend to Ontario Duct Cleaning. We had just done a major renovation and needed the ducts cleaned desperately. I was blown away the service, and professionalism of the technician Dan. Will definitely be using the service again and will highly recommend!

I have only ever used ODC and each time I do, they remind me of why. I have always had a positive experience. I have pets and appreciate the care that Alonso showed in making sure that they weren't spooked out the front door when I had to move them between rooms.

He took his time to explain everything he was doing, he was polite and very respectful towards me and my home.

I will be calling again in another 2 years for sure!!! (And so will my friend)

I said 500 $ but can't remember exactly as a few months ago.
Highly recommended as is Alonso, must be good forgot what we paid but remember the hard working gent that treated our home with respect. All new holes expertly recovered very thorough work.
Any company that does not cold call or advertise and relies on word of mouth must be confident.

It was our first time using Ontario Duct Cleaning. They were recommended to us by our HVAC guys. We had just completed kitchen renovations and six years had past since the last time we cleaned our ducts. We were very impressed with the smoothness in which the whole process was conducted. From the time I called Susan, who was helpful, efficient and friendly, to the time Aiden walked in to complete the whole cleaning process. It took Aiden almost 3 hours to clean our extremely dirty ducts with no complaints. He was truly a breath of fresh air and I am sure an asset to Ontario Duct Cleaning. We had a happy experience and will definitely use their service again. Thank you for your help.

This was the third time I have had Ontario Duct Cleaning in the past 10 years. As always they are extremely professional and do a superb job. I have recommended them to several of my friends and they, too, have been really pleased. One comment I would like to make is that they DO NOT do telephone marketing, no matter what the person on the other end of the phone tells you.

This is our second time using Ontario Duct cleaning , and our experience from start to finish was excellent...in fact one of the best with regard to a home related service. Our booking was handled by Eva, who was very pleasant and helpful. We had a technical question before the booking was complete, and Tony provided the information that we requested. They were flexible on the day and time for the appointment. The serviceman (Chris) called in advance and showed up as planned. Chris was very polite and professional. We would highly recommend Ontario Duct cleaning, and will be using them again.

We are undergoing renovations and had to turn on the heat so wanted to get the ducts cleaned out. Susan was our first point of contact. She was professional and reassuring. Aiden was our next point of contact: He arrived right on time, was thorough, polite, also professional and worked well with our renovator's workers. We will have him back anytime and will definitely request Aiden for our next duct cleaning.

I saw the advertisement in a flyer and checked out the company on Homestars. Eva arranged the appointment. She was very helpful and efficient. Aden arrived well within the two-hour period promised and was courteous, friendly and efficient. He was also informative about our need to have the ducts cleaned every two to three years (apparently they had never been cleaned in our house). We are now happy that we can breathe clean air and are confident a good job was done.

This company was recommended by our contractor of our recently installed air conditioner. I agree with a lot of previous reviews about this company.

Chris was polite and efficient, but took his time to explain our concern without rushing through things. Our system was quite dirty and money was well spent.

We will definitely use them again!

Ontario Duct Cleaning Service was outstanding. From the moment I made a call to their office requesting their duct cleaning service, they were polite, helpful and efficient.
How refreshing to have a serviceman like Aiden come to our house. He was running late but had the courtesy to call and let us know. When he arrived he was apologetic and immediately got on with the job in hand. Before starting he went around the house with us to count the air ducts, which we had notified them of in advance, to make sure we had not missed any. We had by one!
Aiden was knowledgeable, polite and efficient. A good ambassador for this company.
We paid a little more than some other companies quoted but this company was well worth the extra and we would highly recommend them to anyone.
