Diane was very professional, she explained the process thoroughly and was able to provide a quote over the phone which was accurate. The service was timely. Chris came to our home. Our house was long overdue for duct cleaning We were getting countless solicitation phone calls and felt we could not trust anyone. One Saturday I was driving in my car and heard a caller call into the Home Improvement show and asked for a reputable duct cleaning service business. Mr. Cohen recommended Ontario Duct Cleaning. I spoke to Diane who was very knowledgeable and I set an appointment right away. The service technician did a very thorough job, answered all of my questions and there was no mess or fuss in the house. Tarp was put in the basement window as the basement window was used to hook the hose from the truck to the furnace. Very impressed and definitely would recommend.

Need ducts cleaned after 10 years ... Chris was awesome.. Explained everything to be done and he delivered in spades..Very professional and would highly recommend them.. House smelled and feels better. Im sure the cat is happy too since he caused most most of the dust.

We had 8 heat ducts & 2 cold air returns. Tony was our service guy for this call he was very clean and very organized. After he left it was like he was never there. Great job by Ontario Duct Cleaning I recommend them all the time.
