We are the original owners of a 35 year old house in Pickering and thought it would be a good idea to have an energy audit done while we are eligible to receive Government Energy Grants and Tax Credits up to $5,000.00. So we called Consumers Choice as they seemed to be, from their flyer advertisement, the most knowledgeable in the industry. Our representative Danny was friendly and well-informed about the grants and how we can save money. His presentation was clear and educational and offered us the reassurance we needed to sign a contract with him. We had 8 windows, a patio door and an entrance door replaced. Our installation was done in the time frame Danny mentioned and we started to notice the difference immediately. We would not hesitate to have Consumers Choice install additional windows and doors and have recommended them to many others.

Our confidence grew when we meet Brendan and spoke with their knowledgeable office staff. On the day of installation, we watched Dennis and Frank transform our somewhat dated modest home into a showplace. A couple of months ago my husband and I had a Sales Rep from Consumer's Choice come into our home for an estimate on our windows. The sales rep conducted a smooth presentation and left not only a variety of brochures, but also a good impression. For this reason, Steve and I decided to go with Consumer's Choice.

The contract was originally written so that once the windows were installed, my husband and I would pay cash. However, two weeks into signing the contract, there was a family emergency which required some financial assistance on our part. Steve and I were concerned that we would not be able to pay for the windows, but because we really wanted to go ahead with order, we contacted Consumer's Choice at their head office to come up with a solution. We spoke with a lady in the customer care department and from there it was arranged to have this contract changed to finance.

I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly the staff at Consumer's Choice helped us with this obstacle. Shortly after this, our windows were installed. Steve and I are pleased with the work and have been recommending our neighbours to Consumer's Choice. With some excellent customer service, we now have new windows which we can pay off after one year. I am truly impressed with both products and all members of staff who we've dealt with at Consumer's Choice. Thanks for all your help!

I needed a small extension to my house insulated on the outside and to have siding installed. Shawn did an exceptional job and worked meticulously,making sure every detail was done to my satisfaction. He knows his job and takes pride in his work. A job well done! Jeff worked along with Shawn, and did an excellent job also. A great team!

Consumer's Choice replaced all of our windows and the front door to our house. We are very satisfied the quality of the workmanship and the quality of the products we received. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to replace their windows.

If you're looking to have your windows installed, consider using Consumer's Choice. The customer service was excellent and I didn't feel pressured to use them. Unlike companies like Sears, I felt at ease with the customer representative when I was given an estimate. The project itself was on schedule and the finished product was well appreciated. The neighbours even noticed how classy the windows are.

We had some work done by this company several years ago. We had a door installed in the front of our house. The door was installed by their workers very good job done by the workers. My problem with this company is we called them repeatedly to fix the door sweep which had ripped shortly after the job was completed. They never came to fix it to this day .

After speaking to a few people in my neighbourhood that had doors replaced and heard some of the horror stories, I became nervous and apprehensive about which company's I would request quotes from. My short list of companies quickly narrowed itself down to Consumers Choice after a fantastic sales presentation from the sales rep Alan. I have nothing but praise for this company as my experience from beginning to end was painless and the end product is remarkable.
