A couple of months ago my husband and I had a Sales Rep from Consumer's Choice come into our home for an estimate on our windows. The sales rep conducted a smooth presentation and left not only a variety of brochures, but also a good impression. For this reason, Steve and I decided to go with Consumer's Choice.
The contract was originally written so that once the windows were installed, my husband and I would pay cash. However, two weeks into signing the contract, there was a family emergency which required some financial assistance on our part. Steve and I were concerned that we would not be able to pay for the windows, but because we really wanted to go ahead with order, we contacted Consumer's Choice at their head office to come up with a solution. We spoke with a lady in the customer care department and from there it was arranged to have this contract changed to finance.
I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly the staff at Consumer's Choice helped us with this obstacle. Shortly after this, our windows were installed. Steve and I are pleased with the work and have been recommending our neighbours to Consumer's Choice. With some excellent customer service, we now have new windows which we can pay off after one year. I am truly impressed with both products and all members of staff who we've dealt with at Consumer's Choice. Thanks for all your help!
