Furnace stop working ( -24 outside)

Our furnace stop working on Saturday morning. We stuck home with two kids in a cold home. James got our e-mail at 11.20 and at 1 pm furnace was fixed. We really appreciate that kind of customer service, I wish all Canadian companies be like that.
