Anatolii, the team leader showed up the next day after my call. He immediately provided an estimate that was very reasonable. They started the work in a few days. This year they worked they waterproof for a house of my parents. A few years ago they did the same for our house as well. Both projects were done professionally and very fast. Our home is in excellent condition and I clearly see the quality of their work after 3 years, it is just awesome! The team was working very effectively and cleanly. All waterproof work was done in 5 days and that also included including complete deck replacement I saw many waterproof projects in the neighborhood that were taking months and were resulting in more damage to the houses than help. Their job is excellent quality and a very competitive price. Yuri and Andrew were very friendly and did an amazing job at our place. There were no hidden costs and the estimate was very precise. They remove all junk and mess and left the place in very clean conditions. I am looking forward to working with them on some other projects in my basement next year. Olena and Iraklii

First of all, I should say Everready Electrical deserve their name. It is too bad that I can’t allocate 20 instead of ten for Peter and his team. They deserve more then possible 10 stars. To begin with, I always ask for 3 estimates and talk with 3 contractors before making a hiring decision. Quotation of Everready Electrical was very reliable with lots of discounted services and fast starting date. The in-written estimate was obtained very fast, it was very detailed and professional. Peter explained all details and there were no hidden costs after the initial estimate. When we confirmed and pay the deposit, the team started working on our site immediately. I should admit that Peter and his team were working very fast and did a very good quality job. If I need any electrical job next time, I will call Peter directly since I truly believe that he will offer exceptional price/quality/timing ratio! They did complete re-wiring of the house (built in 1947), installation of all sockets, all lamps and features including a new exhaust fan in the bathroom, changed the electrical panel with a new large one that can be further filled with extra breakers, obtained proper formal inspection, installed two bedroom fans, all wired smoke alarms and many other tiny things. During the process, they were listening to all my suggestions and keep my new flouring safe and undamaged. After the work was finished, they patched nicely all holes and traces on the walls and fully replaced damaged skirting boards in the house. I wish all the best to Peter and his team form Everready Electrical and will be happy to recommend them to any my friends, collegues and neighbors. These guys are always ready to help!

I would say the team made an awesome job. Only few points to mention: Price: my normal practice is always to ask for 4 different quotations before hiring the contractors. Anatolii provided a quotation that was really the best offer. All 3 other estimations were much higher in price, one company asked for a double price !! No extra cost was added to bring /rent digging equipment. No damage associated with that. Warranty: RW company offering 25 transferable warranty including labour and materials(compare to 10 years form others). All other quotations from other companies included hidden costs and were offering smaller warranties. No sub-contractors: direct contact all the term of the project with the actual team that worked on the project. Quality: I was very picky about the way the project should be done: amazing fact: due to the space constraints all work was done in very accurate way MANUALLY by people with no bulky machines and with literally no damage on my driveway, stairs etc. Our project was especially complex due to the deck: Main team: Nick (Mykola) and Marco were able to dig and properly isolate all area under the deck without damaging the deck! They were able not to damage two green trees near the deck. Please accept special thanks from me guys for this!! It was looking almost like a surgery where each movement of contractors was well planned. In my opinion, this task/ mission of digging under the deck and not damaging trees was close to impossible. (Other companies proposed to destroy our deck completely or partially with-800- 1,000 + extra costs associated with that ). In addition, being scientist and engineer I did quite a bit of search about the technical parts of the process. I could say that the way isolation was done was the way it should be with the maximum protection offered. ( All parts were there: depth, multiple layers and proper type of materials). Cleaning: all waste was removed and the driveway was cleaned and WASHED after the work was done. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that looking for proper and professional home waterproof with very reasonable price and perfect quality. I wish a great success for Anatolii and his team since they went above and beyond our expectations!

I am happy to provide the best recommendations for this roofing team. Small company with really friendly family like attitude. All people are very nice, polite and friendly. The team was very supportive and accurate with the project. The main person in charge Tony (Imre) did a fantastic job with our roof. First of all, he proposed the best price out of four quotations of their main competitors we have got (about 2000 cads difference with a cheapest one). I spent 2 months to get all the quotes before I met him and then we signed a contract the same day after his estimation.  The material looks really good: metal stone. It is not shiny and safe for snow, so no need in the ugly protecting things that really destroying the look on the metal roofs in general. Tony recommended the colour different (much lighter) that I was thinking about initially and we are extremely happy with the results: our small home ( 1947) look shiny and fresh. People stopping by and giving lots of compliments to our new roof. They did all work in 3 days term, work properly and remove all generated waste. Hours of their work were perfect 8 am -6 pm, so our neighbors we happy as well since all the work was done during their working days. In addition to the house, they put a new roof to our home-made shed. Despite the fact that this shed was home-made and not standard at all ( so all angles for the roof were not consistent) they managed to put a metal roof there as well with no complaints. Tony kindly agreed to put a proper cover on our chimney ( very important for me, since I was really afraid that husband will try do that by himself :)) And finally ( and I believe the most important for homeowners) this team ready and happy to help you after the work is done and the bill is paid. After 3 weeks with a new roof, I wrote an email to Tony to ask for help, and he texted back within and hour and came for help next day! The reason was very simple: outcome of the fan from our bathroom was broken so the water was dripping inside due to this. ( Roof was just fine, just plastic flip/flops of the actual outcome staked.) Tony came, checked everything on top of the roof and fixed flip/flops with no charge. So, I really recommend this company to homeowners! Olena

Our furnace stop working on Saturday morning. We stuck home with two kids in a cold home. James got our e-mail at 11.20 and at 1 pm furnace was fixed. We really appreciate that kind of customer service, I wish all Canadian companies be like that. Thank you

We were switching from oil to gas. Steve and his team did excellent job. First of all we got a written quote during first Steve’s visit with detailed explanation all our options. (Then I asked two other companies for quotes and it took me weeks to get a written estimation with much higher price.) When we decide they were taking care about all paper work that we had to do with a gas company to start the process. All work was done very professionally and in a very timely manner. They start and finish all in 2 days. Taking into account the fact that our home was built at 1947, it was not an easy task. I was really happy with their team: all very nice people. Finally they even call the gas company for me to set up final appointment with their representative to connect everything. Oh and they filled all papers for the rebates as well. I would highly recommend this company for my friends.
