Our basement drain pipe leading to the city sewer line became blocked and overflowed back onto our basement floor. Roy was very responsive and quickly began working to clear the drainage pipe with his motorized auger. He found and cleared the blockage in the pipe (about 35 feet from the basement drain) and soon had the drainage water flowing out of our house. His clean-up and advice on what to do if we ever experience the problem again wrapped up a satisfactory service call. Roy was in and out in 2 hours and the price was very reasonable. Bravo.

Roy was recommended to me and from the start was very direct and accurate. Said he'd be able to get to me within two days as he was very busy and called me and was on my doorstep the next day. We reached Roy just as he was leaving for vacation...despite being only hours away from getting on a plane he took the time to talk with us and explain the likely source of our problem. He couldn't come out himself, but went above and beyond by calling one of his associates to help us out. Victor, the plumber he recommneded, was at our home within the hour and got us settled for the night (we couldn't even flush a toilet when he arrived without sewer water backing up into the basement)! Victor came back with his team a few days later and the problem was resolved on time and on budget. Highly recommended.

A few weeks ago the unthinkable happened. Our drain system got blocked with nasty sewer backup. The smell was awful, our mood even worse.
The calamity that set in made us all panick stricken. The first thought was the many thousands of dollars some of our neighbors spent on similar problems in the past. Finally a plumber came and started "snaking" the guilty drain. He couldn't get through and came to the conclusion that our trap was outside the wall We waited days for the "specialist" he promised to send, to no avail.

BTW the blockage was in the inside trap that was inside the wall and totally collapsed. They replaced it and installed a cleanout pipe for future use.
At the conclusion Wonderful Roy appeared with all his instruments and gave us live coverage of our sewer pipe outside the house. He said we're OK.
Now we're back to bathing, dish washing and all.

We first called Roy about 2 years ago with a problem in the main sewer line. He was absolutely great and told us the problem was roots and recommeded that it be cleared every couple of years to avoid the costly unncessary replacement of pipes. Well, two years has passed and surprise surprise it happened again. We thankfully had kept Roy's card and called him on a Sat. afternoon. He arranged to be at our house early Sun. morning and had the problem resolved within 20 min. Can't say enough about this very hard working, knowledgable man.
