We first called Roy about 2 years ago with a problem in the main sewer line. He was absolutely great and told us the problem was roots and recommeded that it be cleared every couple of years to avoid the costly unncessary replacement of pipes. Well, two years has passed and surprise surprise it happened again. We thankfully had kept Roy's card and called him on a Sat. afternoon. He arranged to be at our house early Sun. morning and had the problem resolved within 20 min. Can't say enough about this very hard working, knowledgable man. He really has the experience and customer service skills that the homeowner looks for in this area. Price is very reasonable and we will recommend him without any hesitation. You ROCK Roy!!!
