Garnet was prompt, friendly and courteous. He diagnosed multiple problems quickly and educated me on maintenance in order to avoid repairs in future. He will be my first call for any appliance issue in the future.

This was the second time I've had to call Garnet-- I called last year when my dishwasher broke.

He was great both times. Fast, friendly, courteous and cheerful.

In both situations, he quickly diagnosed the problem, explained everything to me, and made sure I understand how it happened and avoid the problem again in the future.

Garnet was here this morning at 10am sharp and fixed our broken down dryer in under 30 minutes. Did a thorough job and was the nicest guy!

I called first thing in the morning with 12yr old fridge not running, Garnet was there by 11am as he promised, diagnosed problem, went to supplier for parts ,replaced defrost sensor and thermostat, and was done by 2. excellent!

I called Lazer and left a message. A repairman returned my call within moments of my hanging up. After describing the problem he gave me an informative diagnosis and a competitive cost quote. He arrived at my house in downtown Toronto within an hour. He was courteous, clean, and fast. He repaired my refrigerator and informed me of preventative measures to keep my refrigerator purring. I will certainly call him again for appliance repairs.

I had a problem to reinstall my oven door. I was worry I could not find anybody during the Holiday season. Fortunately, I had the chance to call Garnet. I called in the morning, and 30 minutes later, he was available to come at my place and fix the issue. Although my problem seemed easy to resolve, it wasn't. Garnet explained me the reasons why I was not able to reinstall my oven door, He was very pleasant, knowledgeable and charge me an appropriate price. I would have no problem to call him again if I encounter another problem in the future.

Couldn't get the broiler off or the oven on -- something had fused in the controls. Garnet, who had previously demonstrated a strong knowledge of all kinds of appliances as well as a deep respect for older, more solidly built machines, was lovely -- actually able to fix an elderly clothes washer so that it's held up for years longer, and managing to get the oven essentially functional just before Christmas, when there was no chance of replacing the thing before the family Christmas dinner. What a lifesaver! Or at least a holiday-saver!

I've had experience with Garnet from a previous repair job on a different appliance and could not think of any other place to put my trust in a reputable person with very reasonable prices. Incredibly friendly person who explains everything he does. He showed me the broken part and even told me where to get cheap replacements on my own if needed.

I am very pleased with the service I received from Garnet. It's hard to find an honest repairman that cares about the quality of his work, but he's one. I called him first thing Tuesday morning and he was able to come out to the west side of the GTA late afternoon of the same day. My washer had suddenly stopped draining and wouldn't spin. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem quite quickly and then tested my machine to make sure he'd truly fixed the problem. He did a top quality job for a fair price. He was prompt, professional and friendly. I will definitely recommend him to friends and family.

Great experience - I found Lazer on Homestars and was able to get Garnett on the phone on a Saturday afternoon and booked him for 8:30 a.m. on Monday. He asked some questions on the initial phone call and diagnosed a blown clutch in our washing machine. He was on time, fixed the washing machine in under 30 minutes and was on his way. I will definitely use Lazer again for appliance repairs.
