Everything was very, very good. The communication from your team was top notch - probably the best I've experienced. Receiving the email instructions ahead of time was very helpful and having the crew call beforehand to advise their schedule is wonderful. I wish all service crews, for other industries, did that. The two guys who did the work were friendly and professional. The explanations were good, along with the pics at the end. I'm happy to recommend your company to friends.

High quality work that looks like it will last. I was looking for a company that provided a roll-on / brush on product as opposed to the cheap spray product. This company was both professional and friendly and did all the extras to ensure the job will last - such as cleaning, removing weeds and debris and taping the joint to the interlocking brick path to ensure a clean trim line.

I am very pleased with the service I received from Garnet. It's hard to find an honest repairman that cares about the quality of his work, but he's one. I called him first thing Tuesday morning and he was able to come out to the west side of the GTA late afternoon of the same day. My washer had suddenly stopped draining and wouldn't spin. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem quite quickly and then tested my machine to make sure he'd truly fixed the problem. He did a top quality job for a fair price. He was prompt, professional and friendly. I will definitely recommend him to friends and family.
