Living in an urban neighbourhood has its drawbacks -- we've had to deal with some pest problems over the years. I've called Pesticon each time, and although it's been different crews, my husband and I were just saying that they're all extremely warm, friendly, professional, and diligent. Highly recommend their work.

I called Aida when my old cleaner got another job. Of course I was a little nervous because I only chose her based on the reviews on this site and not from a personal recommendation, but I had no reason to be afraid. She and her colleague cleaned the house from top to bottom! She found things we hadn't seen in quite some time, moving absolutely everything and cleaning behind all of it. She straightened books in shelves, lined up toys, and removed dust from every single windowsill and baseboard. Her pricing was in line with what I've always paid others, but this was a bargain because of the extra care and diligence she applied to my home. She and her partner were friendly, trustworthy, and they enjoyed their job. We will now use her every two weeks far into the future.

Garnet was prompt, friendly and courteous. He diagnosed multiple problems quickly and educated me on maintenance in order to avoid repairs in future. He will be my first call for any appliance issue in the future.

We have used Pesticon three times for problems with mice, cockroaches, and bed bugs. We have always dealt with Waheed who is courteous and who gives us confidence with these embarassing issues that come with an old home. Our first experience was with cockroaches, which he treated with gel that would not harm pets or kids. His treatment was much cheaper than what other companies offered, and he answered our call with a visit almost immediately. He mentioned in conversation that he had studied insects in university, and that he is well experienced in the industry. Our next rotten experience was with bed bugs, where I was frantic because we were all being bitten. While another company suggested that we would have to spend $1000 and still not be rid of them, Pesticon charged a fraction of the price (and told us we were ripped off with the mattress cover we bought and that he could have gotten us one cheaper), and asked that we leave the home for the treatment for the afternoon -- we left overnight -- and we haven't had a single bite since. Finally we called Pesticon most recently for mice. Although I haven't yet seen the success of this treatment, Waheed was very polite and quick to answer our call once again, made sure that the treatment didn't bother our kids or cat, and re-bolstered our cockroach prevention at the same time.
