Very helpful in a creating a wheelchair accessible shower enclosure.
The plumber who installed everything including a toilet and vanity also built a new subfloor and completed all the tiling.
We are very pleased with the result.

We hired them to do a bathroom reno -- constant problems. While they did put in the effort to correct the problems, it took us pointing them out to get anything done even close to "correct".

Sink wouldn't turn on fully because the vanity was too close, caulking mess everywhere, tiles uneven, grout gaps, wrong coloured grout, sink leaking, toilet leaking... it was pretty awful.

You'd think a 10 star company would show a little workmanship. They blamed a single employee, yet continued to have this person work on the job.

End of the day, the job is done. I've been touching up myself rather than dealing with them anymore. I gave them 3 stars for satisfaction because they were willing to work on the problems. Would never in a million years recommend this company to friend or family.

We had a challenging project to expand our basement bathroom from a small 2-piece to a larger bathroom to include a tub/shower. Plus convert a cramped and dated master bathroom into a modern more open bathroom. Lawrence had a lot of practical advice to manage the cost and the optimize the functionality and layout of the bathrooms. The standard of quality, in particular the tiling, was outstanding. The pace was slower than we'd have like but the painstaking quality made it worthwhile.

Lampert Renovations made this project seamless. From initial consultation re: style, materials, budget, timeline etc. through completion, the total bathroom renovation developed nicely before our eyes. The workers had a sense of humour and the workmanship was professional. You knew that when the job was finished ....it was finished.

Recently I noticed some water damage in the first floor ceiling, right under my ensuite bathroom on the second floor. The grout in the shower stall had been falling out, and I thought that it could simply be re-grouted and all would be well. Not the case. So I called Lampert. I had worked with them on two previous bathroom projects, and had always found them to be reliable and professional. Lawrence Lampert came out and had a look. He said that the leakage was likely from my shower wall, and that the only recourse was to replace the whole thing. I was a bit daunted by the quote of $6200 but agreed. The installers arrived promptly, and gutted the shower; in the process discovered the shower pan was very full of water and would have created much more damage in the long run. They rebuilt the shower from the drywall on out, installing a beautifully matched acrylic wall, with marble finishes, an elegant glass door and carefully finished exterior to match the existing wall. When I saw the extent of the work and the finished product, it was worth every penny. I highly recommend Lampert, and would not hesitate to call them again.

Lampert Bathroom Renovations did an excellent job in our master bathroom. It was complete renovation, all old tiles, bathtub, shower, toilet, sink, absolutely everything has been replaced. They pretty much built a new bathroom for us. It was a stress free experience too. We chose all the features we liked at their showroom, no headache in going from place to place looking for what you like. They estimated it would take 2 weeks and the job took exactly 2 weeks. Friendly, clean, fast and organized team. Extremely satisfied!

Lampert did an excellent job installing 4 toilets and a shower head. We had other contractors working at the same time and their serviceman did his job without any issues. He couldn't remove the old toilets the same day as others had taken the space in the driveway - so he put them neatly outside and came back, as promised, the next day to clear them away. I appreciated the clean work and sense of responsibility to the customer - me!

If you can imagine all of the complexities and surprises that one could encounter with renovating the original bathroom in a house that was built in 1939, it’s particularly difficult to imagine a renovation where the project was delivered on time, on budget and was hassle free, and yet that was our experience with Lampert Plumbing. After first obtaining several quotes from other providers, we decided to contract with Lampert Plumbing, which had quickly provided a quotation for all phases of the work, including all of the supplies and fixtures. It’s easy dealing with Lampert, as their show room has all of the supplies required, which allowed us to pick the style of the fixtures, including the floor and wall tiles. Their workman did an excellent job, using the best quality materials. I would have no hesitation in recommending Lambert Plumbing, as we are completely satisfied with our every aspect of this project.

Todd came to visit our home and assess our needs and we agreed on work to be done, we needed the upstairs bathtub replaced, a new bathroom sink, a bath liner installed and we had our downstairs bathroom renovated with a new bath liner, shower fixtures, paint and light fixture. We were told that the job would be started in 3 weeks. The Job wasn't started until 8 weeks later because they were waiting for our upstairs sink to come in as it had to be special ordered from the states as we needed a special size and there was only one that would fit. We didn't have a problem with that as we were not in a big rush.

When it came time for the work to be done, Carl, Walter and Henry were very courteous and helpful. We feel they did a great job and did not leave until we were happy with the work completed. Because we had to wait for the work to be done, Lawrence graciously offered to add in a new vanity sink cover for our trouble, as long as we paid for the taps and installation. We accepted his offer and it added to the look of our downstairs bathroom. They even hung our new medicine cabinet for us which was very nice of them to do. We were very impressed with the lengths that they went to do a good job and make sure that we were happy with their work. They certainly made up for the extra time that we had to wait for the job to be started and we are grateful for that. I had some concerns during the work, but they were always addressed right away. They also went out of their way in many small ways and we could tell that they take pride in satisfying their customers.

We still need to do the upstairs bathroom floor at a later date and certainly will consider them for this work in the future.

I recently had my en suite bathroom renovated by Lampert, and I am totally satisfied with it. Todd, who helped me pick out the colours, materials and accessories was knowledgeable and very helpful. A special thanks to Henry who did the work. He turned up punctually everyday and did the work quietly and efficiently. The quality of work is excellent and I would gladly recommend the company to all my family and friends.
