We hired them to do a bathroom reno -- constant problems. While they did put in the effort to correct the problems, it took us pointing them out to get anything done even close to "correct". Sink wouldn't turn on fully because the vanity was too close, caulking mess everywhere, tiles uneven, grout gaps, wrong coloured grout, sink leaking, toilet leaking... it was pretty awful. You'd think a 10 star company would show a little workmanship. They blamed a single employee, yet continued to have this person work on the job. End of the day, the job is done. I've been touching up myself rather than dealing with them anymore. I gave them 3 stars for satisfaction because they were willing to work on the problems. Would never in a million years recommend this company to friend or family.

Purchased the extended 5 year warranty, which now that I'm trying to use it - I'm being told it doesn't apply to my purchase. Being referred to Magiseal/Zucora who won't honour the warranty, reading from a different version of the rules than those given to me at time of purchase. Service desk is unbelievably unhelpful. Was offered a refund on the warranty - so clearly there's an understanding that the warranty isn't working... however they were purchased together. Now I'm left with a falling apart sofa. Will actively warn everyone I know against shopping here.
