Keldan Windows & Doors Ltd

We have used Keldan for three consecutive years now after we were referred to them from our nextdoor neighbors. We have gradually replaced all of the builders' windows in our townhome and are extremely happy with the price, professionalim of the sales quotes, the product we received (excellent quality and a 25 year warranty), and the professionalism of the installation services (polite, quiet and clean). Overall, we have had wonderful experiences each and every time Keldan has been at our home and we will eventually replace our doors using this company in the future.

We had Keldan in to replace 3 windows. Then two sliding doors, Then 4 more windows. Needless to say, we have found them to be quite reliable and very good to work with. When we called for estimates we found they are "mid-priced"compared to others in town. Shawn did his best to walk us through the process and order windows which were appropriate for our home and keep us happy. The installers were efficient and cleaned up after themselves. We are slowly replacing all the windows in our house and we will continue to use Keldan because of the price and service.

This is the second time I have replaced windows in an older home and Keldan is one of the best contractors I have worked with. All areas of their service was exceptional from their sales person Shawn through to the installers. When they were on-site installing they also fixed by eavestrough and fixed a leak in the roof that we had just had installed! They are great.

We returned to Keldan for a total window replacement based on their outstanding work when we installed a new front door and sidelights.

We thoroughly enjoyed working directly with the owners, while in the store or discussing options or confirming prices in our home. Equally impressive was the fact the owners were on site both both days when the work was being undertaken. Our job involved the replacement of 16 windows, most of which had either shutters or roll-up blinds which needed to be removed and reinstalled. Keldan looked after this work successfully, sizing interior window openings to suit the existing window coverings.

Keldans pricing was very competitive, their schedule was realistic and their attention to detail very impressive. We would unconditionally recommend Keldan.

Shawn (sales/estimator) was very helpful and came to the house within a couple of hours of our phone call to take measurements. A couple of days later we went to the store and selected the design we wanted from their samples. Delivery was quoted as about 6-8 weeks. Within that time period, we got a call and set an appointment for 9:30 a few days later. As with Shawn, the installers arrived early and got started right away in very workman-like fashion. They worked straight through till they were finished at about 1:30, including vacuuming, brooming the driveway and generally leaving the property as clean as when they arrived.
We were very pleased.

We need to thank the people at Keldan for a job done extremely well. We needed all of the windows done in our home and did not know who to go to.

We did get 3 quotes, and Keldan's quote was in the middle. We liked the profile of their windows the best, the staff was easy to communicate with, the installers were courteous, and a pleasure to have in our home. We can already feel the difference that the windows have made, and the look is just what we wanted.

I interviewed six companies and went with Keldan based on price, quality, and experience. They aren't the cheapest but the cheapest offer poor quality windows, you get what you pay for. From estimate to completion, Keldan was exceptional. We had nine windows and a front door replaced in one day, the crews were clean, courteous, and very professional. The install is top quality, the windows and trim line up perfectly, the windows work very well, and I have no idea how they laid down the caulk around the windows but it looks amazing. My wife was impressed that they practically vaccumed their way out of the house, they left the place spotless. Friendly service too - always took the time to answer our questions and never rushed us. A great experience with Keldan!
