Shawn (sales/estimator) was very helpful and came to the house within a couple of hours of our phone call to take measurements. A couple of days later we went to the store and selected the design we wanted from their samples. Delivery was quoted as about 6-8 weeks. Within that time period, we got a call and set an appointment for 9:30 a few days later. As with Shawn, the installers arrived early and got started right away in very workman-like fashion. They worked straight through till they were finished at about 1:30, including vacuuming, brooming the driveway and generally leaving the property as clean as when they arrived. We were very pleased.
