We have used International Pool & Spa for 5 years to open and close our pool. The service is excellent, staff is friendly and cost is reasonable. I would recommend International Pool & Spa.

I have been using International Pool/Spa for my pool servicing including repairs when needed, and the service is fast and spot on. When they say they'll be there they are , the workmen are excellent mannerly and very knowledgable . Ive never had a repair repeated as they follow through. I feel secure in the work they do and the prices are reasonable. My wife and I are retired and they go that extra bit to help us have everything just right when they leave. The repair I had done for my hot tub was a tough job for what had to be done, my hottub is 10 yrs old and it finally got a few leaks and needed a new pump. It runs like new! thx Brent to you and your team great work !

We purchased our spa 6 years ago This company has been excellent in the area of customer training, water quality testing and sevice. We recently had the spa closed- the service providers called ahead, showed up on time and completed the job promptly. We purchased a pool at our last house and were equally impressed with this company.

We recently purchased a Coast Spa from Intl. Pool and Spa Oshawa location. During the sale process Brent was very professional. Following the installation we had an issue with the hot tub. Brent responded very quickly and took care of everything. Overall these people were very professional and made a potentially bad situation good. We will definitely recommend this company.

With Brent's advice & support I was able to pull motor 2 out of my Spa myself & take it to who Brent takes customers motors to in Ajax. He also instructed me through repairing my leaky Bypass/Shutoff valve with Epoxy.
Brent patiently answered all of my questions over numerous telephone calls & saved me a fair bit of money. He gave me the confidence for me to handle the repair myself rather than incurring on site x 2 for travel & labour to remove, fix & reinstall the motor & fix the Bypass/Shutoff valve.
It was very refreshing dealing with Brent who gave his customer respect & all the time I needed.

Thanks for setting up our backyard oasis on time with a fantastic crew and service that is unbeatable! We are enjoying our early start to summer in our semi-inground pool.

We run a swim school & having the project completed on time was critical. Not only was it done ahead of schedule, but when I was concerned we were not ready for the liner to be installed due to issues repairing the concrete; Brent & staff in Oshawa helped to fix the issues and went beyond our expectations. Every call was returned in a timely matter and help was given at every step of the way! Best experience in 30 years of dealing with pool companies.

Our salt generator stopped working. The expensive components are still under warranty and the less expensive components are not. Their staff could not troubleshoot the problem so it is not known if the problem is with the components under the warranty or the components not under warranty. They came to the rescue with a perfect solution.

We bought a house with an above ground pool. International Pool & Spa Taunton Road Oshawa has been handling all the maintenance, pool opening/closings without a problem for 6 seasons now! They are very informative, professional and always have valid recommendations to solve any problem that may arise. They can give you professional suggestions to virtually make your pool work free so you have more time to enjoy it! We also bought a hot tub 5 yrs ago and we have received professional service from International on purchase/deliver/installation and maintenance! These guys are the BEST!!! Don't waste your time on shysters at other pool companies....the staff at International never push anything on anyone....they will make suggestions and give you all the time you need to make the decision! If you follow their professional advice....you will enjoy many "problem free" years with your investment! :)
