Derek, you and your family completed the construction of our family pool and landscaping last summer. For us it is truly a dream come true. We bought a hot tub from Recreational Warehouse. Absolutely superb customer service. The knowledge of the staff is exemplary. Always ready and willing to help us out. Would highly recommend Recreational Warehouse to anyone. We are so happy with our hot tub - use it every day. They know what they are doing. We also have a pool and use them for our pool servicing. Amazing. We do not go anywhere else for our pool products and service!!

With the pool season being relatively short, having access to a responsive and knowledgable pool company is key. We have found such a company in International Pool & Spa. Their staff are knowledgable, and genuinely care about their customer's experience. We regularly recommend them to neighbours and friends.

The new house we moved into came with a spa. It didn't look like the spa had been used in years, but we really wanted to use it. We contacted International Pool and Spa Centers to see if they could send a service person to help us determine if it was salvagable. The dispatcher advised we should try to obtain as much information about the spa (make, model, serial number) as possbile, then call back so she could determine if it was one that they could indeed service before senting out a service technician and wasting our money. We were very appreciative about the concern she showed for our time and money. It turned out that the spa we had was a model they could service, so service was set up to take place just 2 days after we called in. The service guy was very polite and knowledgeable. Eventually the spa was up and running with everyones great help! I would definitely reccomend International Pool and Spa Centers to first time spa owners.

Our hayward pump failed and the pool was quickly turning green. We called International pools and worked with Brent. We were able to work over email (which worked best for us) and they quickly provided a few options. We ended up going with a Pentair Variable Speed Pump and are extremely happy with it. What really amazed us is how quickly Brent and team got us back up and running. Plus, they corrected an issue with our previous pumps install from a different company. Thanks for the great work.

The staff at International are professional,efficient and knowledgeable.I bought a spa from them 5 years ago and have continued to receive discounts on products. Due to the age of my tub a few issues have arisen . The tech team provide honest appraisals of what is going on and suggest cost effective solutions. Brent and Ryan in particular are excellent when it comes to timely communication and getting the job done.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Assisted us in getting the correct products that suited or needs and requirements. Gave us the correct instructions and timeline when we should expect our hot tub cover.
