For past reviews who comment "great value" - please shop around a bit more. Hoerner is at the highest end of pricing and staffs jobs with techs <5 years in the business.

I would not recommend. I hired Hoerner to complete annual maintenance of my boiler and to fix one radiator that failed to heat.

The annual boiler service was not completed per the manuals specifications.

Crucial steps were missed that would have voided the warranty.

The radiator problem was not solved.

Pipe on interior exterior wall broke at connection. Anne and an apprentice came expediently and the problem was fixed. Excellent. Clean and courteous as they have been on every occasion. They answered all my questions clearly and succinctly.

Had a clogged drain and no matter what I did it would not unplug. Finally called Hoerner and La and partner came in and put in a new trap to be able to clean the pipes if issues in the future and then used that to snake the pipes and resolve the issue. Was good to have water in kitchen again. Professional and analyzed the issue quickly.

Our family is super appreciative of Cole and La from Hoerner Heating and Plumbing for coming to fix a series of plumbing issues in our kitchen. They were here over five hours installing a new facet, clearing out a clog and replumbing our sink due to some questionable work in the past. They even ripped out part of a wall to help us investigate further. But you would never know because they left the kitchen spotless. Cole was so incredibly patient explaining everything over text/phone (as per COVID precautions). We couldn’t recommend this team enough, including Emma who helped get everything organized before the visit. Thank you!

Posted on homestars regarding a leaky valve on one of our radiators. Tracy was the first to reply and contacted me with a text and phone call. A technician was immediately dispatched and was at the house within one hour. Claire is a very professional and highly competent technician. She assessed the damage and provided us with a couple of options regarding the fix. She explained things that was easy for us to understand. Once we agreed, she got right to work and completed everything in a timely fashion. We highly recommend her. Thank you Claire !!

Excellent Service; Super Job

Called Hoerner when my water heater went south after many years.

Despite being a very busy time, Robyn looked after me & was able to schedule a visit within a couple of days. Upon arrival, the technician (Nick) examined the tank and, after a discussion of alternatives, made good recommendations as to the best solution, which was outright replacement.

Again, Robyn able to set up the job in record time, and within the next couple of days, we had an installation scheduled for a new tank.

The job was done by Matt and Claire. It was amazing to watch them at work, as they expertly removed the old tank & brought in the new one through the narrow basement stairs and uneven ground at my residence.

The installation process was accomplished quickly and efficiently; it was clear that both Matt & Claire were extremely well-versed and knowledgeable, and meticulous in ensuring every step was covered and that the tank was operational before they thoroughly cleaned up the work site & took everything away.

All in all, I was extremely satisfied with the entire job and with my experience with Hoerner; I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing an installation or repair job they can rely on.

We had two wobbly taps. La explained the problem with each and successfully solved the problems. He worked quickly and efficiently and finished on time. We are quite satisfied with Hoerner Plumbing.
