Setting up my laundry sink and washing machine

I had an emergency where I needed someone to set up a laundry tub and faucet as well as connect my washing machine. They were taking over the work someone had botched. They were so professional, courteous and helpful from the entire booking through the repair. They gave me an estimate before starting the work and then quickly got to it. The room looks pristine and everything is working great. Definitely my go to plumbing company moving forward!

punctual and knowledgeable

I have used Hoerner several times and will use them again. They always arrive on time and fix what needs to be fixed. All their staff from the office to the trades are very pleasant. They explain what they are doing and offer options. They work clean - wear booties over their shoes and take away all garbage.

New boiler needed.

Heating & Air Conditioning review in Toronto

I had no idea how much a new boiler would cost OR how much work was needed to update my system. I had a few quotes but decided to go with a company who had served me well in the past. I am more than happy with Matt and his team from Hoerner. It is so obvious that he is motivated by pride in a job well done. The whole crew was polite and respectful. I was kept in touch of everything - and the place was left spotless. You cannot go wrong with Hoerner.

Bathroom work

Bathroom Renovation review in Toronto

Needed some pipes re-fitted in the bathroom. Hoerner had Declan on the job within 24 hours. Everything done smoothly, efficiently and tidily. Not the first time we've had Hoerner in and it certainly won't be the last. Very happy with the work they do and the people they employ.

Emergency investigation of flooding due to sump pump overflow

Andrew was great, very informative and helpful in reviewing the current set up for the sump pump and recommending corrective steps For initial assessment. Andrew brought his crew to install a new sump pump with back up battery and their work was excellent. They were also on time, tidy, very polite and showed me exactly how the system worked and what I had to do if anything. All around excellent service!

Tankless Water Heater Maintenance

My Navien tankless water heater was putting out lukewarm water. I searched the HomeStars for a Navien certified service company and picked Hoerner based on their excellent past ratings. The Hoerner service tech showed up within 48 hours. He was knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. He assessed the heater and made a number of suggestions on improving the installation which I agreed to. He sent me a written quotation on the improvements that I approved before he started work, which I thought was extremely professional. When he completed the work the flow through my heater had increased from 1 gallon per minute to 3-1/2 gallons per minute. I got very hot water from the taps for the first time in months. And my central heating, which uses water heated by the Navien, is toastier than it has been all year.

Kitchen sink installation

Kitchen & Bathroom - Cabinets & Design review in Toronto

We needed our new sink reconnected to plumbing after the installation of new counters. La came to disconnect prior to the install and gave us a clear assessment of the potential work effort to reconnect because the new sink was a different size. On the second visit to reconnect and replace the old copper pipes, both La and his assistant were patient and diligent in minimizing any damage because they needed to replace part of a pipe that was partially plastered into the back wall of an older house. Totally professional and pleasant. Will always trust Hoerner’s with my plumbing needs.
