We called Hoerner somewhat by chance after we found we had no heat one morning recently. We found them to be thoroughly professional and straightforward with us as regards the issues we were experiencing and providing options for the repairs/replacement. The personnel were very friendly, respectful and cooperative. We will definitely continue to use Hoerner for maintenance and future repairs and would recommend them to any of our friends and neighbours.

The Hoerner team of Nathaniel, Lloyd and Nick installed a new boiler. They did a great job, a very professional installation and in the time frame that they committed to. They were very polite and neat and cleaned up well after they were finished. I would highly recommend them.

Plumbing for a kitchen reno

As part of a renovation i am upgrading my kitchen counters and Hoerner were quick and responsive to my requests. They will be back later to reinstall the gas stove top and a new sink and tap.

clogged toilet

Unfortunately... the entire toilet had to be removed. It was due to something going into the toilet that shouldn't have. Joe arrived within an hour and worked very hard and communicated everything and showed me exactly where it was clogged, and confirmed that it was more that I could have fixed on my own. He was very knowledgeable, I will be hiring him again when I am organized with some new fixtures to update some tired & teeny tiny toilets.
