Gem Windows and Doors

Gem Aluminum installed Windows and doors on my house and garage . The work and their quality of the doors and windows are beautiful. I would recommend Gem Aluminum to family and friends. Spiros and his Office staff are wonderful to deal with .

We recently had our front door installed by GEM and absolutely love it! The door looks so nice; love the color and the glass design. The installers were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. Everyone at GEM was very helpful.

We have been so very pleased with the work done by Gem that we have just had them back for the third time. We replaced our old windows in the front of the house first, three years ago, then did the back of the house last year, and now have replaced the last two sets of patio doors .
Jim , in the showroom, explained our options each time, and had good suggestions when he came out to measure the job.
Joe and his staff arrived punctually each time, did excellent installation work, and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards.
We have recommended this company to several friends already.

I have dealt with Gem windows through the years, and have always found them to be extremely helpful and professional. I have windows from them from 1995 and 2009, and now in 2017, when I needed to replace a broken part, they immediately gave me the part no charge!! I couldn't be happier!!

Recently had GEM windows and doors install motorized blinds in my home. Installers were professional and careful without damaging floors or walls. We are happy with the installation and the overall experience. Thank you!

This is the 2nd time I have used GEM Windows for replacement of old, inefficient windows.
The job consisted of replacing two kitchen windows, French doors, a bedroom window and an en suite window.
From start to finish GEM did a great job. The initial site visit and quote was done by Jim and a followup done by Ziggy the installer just to ensure measurements were bang on. Jim also called an additional time just to double check before the factory manufacturing commenced.

The duration of the installation was estimated as two days. However as the first day progressed the installation team was able to turn the job around by the end of day!
The crew of 3 lead by Ziggy were prompt, professional and efficient with their time. They did a fantastic job and cleaned up the site before they left.

We are very happy with the final job and would highly recommend GEM for window and door replacement.

My wife and I came in looking for a replacement hinge lock for a casement window in our townhouse. I wasn't in a good mood because the first few places we tried weren't helpful. Well, that soon changed; Melissa greeted us like long lost family members and made us feel comfortable right away. The part we needed was so small it's not something Gem normally sells, but Jim found what we needed and simply gave it to us -- he wouldn't let us pay. We were very impressed with that, and are now planning to buy some other material we need for our front door. I will definitely not be visiting any other store in the future. Gem Windows and Doors is a diamond!

Right from the 1st order step, Gem was very though with the door. As we were on a tight timeline Gem came threw. Installer can to measure as scheduled and installed as promised very conscious with making sure everything was perfect. Would definitely recommend them to others .
