I have dealt with Gem windows through the years, and have always found them to be extremely helpful and professional. I have windows from them from 1995 and 2009, and now in 2017, when I needed to replace a broken part, they immediately gave me the part no charge!! I couldn't be happier!!

Having such loyal customers like yourself really help GEM Windows and Door be one of the oldest window and door companies in the GTA. There is something to be said that over a 20 year period you were able to have your windows replaced and serviced by the same family run business.
